Seascape is a spacious reverse level holiday home which enjoys lovely sea views out towards St Clement's Isle, and has the very real benefit off road parking in the historic fishing village of Mousehole.

Entering the property at ground level, there is a sociable open plan living area which consists of a well equipped kitchen and dining area, and a living room with a TV and plenty of games opening up on to a large balcony with seating overlooking the garden with those fabulous sea views. On this floor there is also one king sized bedroom and one twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over bath.

Stairs lead down to the lower floor where you will find a shower room and another two twin bedrooms, one with games console and french doors which lead directly out to the rear garden.

The top floor is effectively a two bedroom bungalow with parking and all facilities on one level and there is a 10% discount for parties of 4 or less using these rooms.

Just a walk downhill will take you right into the centre of Mousehole, where you will find a pub, restaurants, galleries, shops and the safe little beaches inside the harbour walls..

Seascape is in an ideal location for exploring West Cornwall with Lands End, St Ives Penzance and The Lizard peninsula all within easy reach.
