Description

This well maintained private villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the private Westport Estate Development of St. James, on the highly sought-after West Coast of Barbados.

The Master Bedroom, Living & Dining area and Kitchen are equipped with Air-Conditioning and ceiling fans. The Master Bedroom has its own private patio complete with seating for two, that looks over the pool deck and onto the Horizon.

The property features a coral stone cladded Living and Dining room, with a circular marble Dining table and custom designed white-mahogany chairs, which leads directly onto the fully mosaic-tiled swimming pool. The villa is exquisitely furnished with all linen, towels, cutlery and crockery provided.

Villa Horizon is equipped with an Italian custom-built kitchen with built in appliances including dishwasher, double oven, hob, side-by-side refrigerator and granite countertops. There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry room and a secure, enclosed garage.

A breakfast room, with a marble-top table and seating for two, leads directly onto the swimming pool and deck. All bedrooms are en-suite with marble vanities and tempered glass enclosures in the bathrooms. In addition, the Master Bathroom comes with a jetted Jacuzzi tub.

The villa is offered fully furnished and is great for entertaining. To assist with this, Villa Horizon comes with an integrated Control 4 Home Automation System which connects the Television, Music and Lighting. Music can be streamed directly from your personal device to the integrated SONOS music system for your enjoyment on the Pool Deck, Kitchen, Bar & Living area and the Living & Dining room.

Most of these restaurants provide live entertainment to compliment the mood for the evening.

How do damage deposits work?
