This modern development is situated in a Quiet privately owned "Residents only" enclave tucked away in the corner of the Barbican Bay Marina and provides easy access to the whole of Devon and Cornwall. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets or smoking in the property. Beaches, shops, restaurants and bars all within 5 minutes walking distance. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and offers Four bedrooms: on the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms with two single beds per room and en-suite shower room with double doors leading out onto a terraced patio area with seating looking out over the marina. The Other bedroom has again 2 identical chocolate leather single beds and has a wall mounted plasma TV fitted ideal for elderly parents/ grandparents wishing to have their own self contained floor.There is also a cloak room, and a separate WC. On the first floor is the well fitted kitchen with, cooker, fridge/freezer microwave and many useful extras, and the lounge/diner that has large patio doors leading on to a balcony with full waterfront views. The second floor offers 2 further bedrooms, 1 twin with bunk beds and 1 master double again with 2 identical single beds with views over the water and en-suite 'Jack and Jill' bathroom accessed via the master double and the hallway. Outside there is a terraced patio with a BBQ and seating to the front of the property with water views. Young Children and Babies can be accommodated in addition to the 8 formation as we have a Travel Cot available and a High Chair at the Property. The property is suitable for families and safe for young children, the patio area is enclosed and the first floor lounge balcony has a high railing with grid mesh bars in the panels.

Don't Miss the Fireworks !! The National Firework competition is held every year in Plymouth over a three night period on Mount Batten Pier, 500 Metres from the Property and illuminates the whole of Plymouth sound, The Hoe and the Barbican. From the Lounge balcony of this Property you have the best view in Plymouth!! The Competition is generally held in August, dates vary each year but Google "Plymouth National Firework Competition" for scheduled dates.

Perfectly situated near the Devon and Cornwall Border this property provides easy access to all regions. This impressive waterfront property is sat front line on the Barbican Marina bay, you can choose to relax on the balcony in peace and tranquillity and watch the boats up and down the river, or if you prefer, take advantage of Plymouth's varied attractions; the large aquarium, lots of shops, the Barbican Bars and seafood restaurants built around a large harbour.
If you have exhausted the beautiful new "Bridge restaurant and Bar" along with all of the other local Mount Batten Pubs and Turnchaple fishing village retreats, a water taxi ride that takes 5 minutes from your private settings delivers you across this small bay on to the Barbican and in to Plymouth City where you will find the new indoor shopping centre (Drakes Circus), the many cosmopolitan city centre restaurants and bars, and of Course Plymouth's famous nightclubs.
The Property is located in the Corner of the Marina where you have the peace and quiet of residing in a private residents owned part of the marina or five minutes across the bay and there is every attraction and nightlife.
This impressive waterfront property is situated in the Barbican Marina bay easy acess (5 minutes) to the Barbican, Plymouth Hoe and the nearest Beach.
Directly from this Mountbatten property there is a coastal path which takes you past "Mountbatten Beach", and "Jennycliff Beach" and beyond to "Bovisands", a trio of soft sand beaches with shops and restaurants. Water sports are available at the Mountbatten Centre or the Plymouth sailing school www.mountbatten-centre.com
Mount Batten is a small peninsular surrounded by Plymouth harbour and the River Plym. In the immediate area there is the marina, a beach with stunning views and sunsets, two newly built pubs "The MountBatten" and "The Bridge". A short walk (5 minutes) along the coastal path takes you to Turnchapel, a historic fishing village with a small beach and a few small boats with another two pubs serving excellent food.
From Mount Batten take the water taxi into the historic Barbican area (again takes 5 minutes) with its restaurants tourist shops and bars. Walk a little further up onto the Hoe with its swimming pool, beaches, cafe bars and panoramic views across Plymouth harbour. www.mountbattenferry.com
