Delfan is a home away from home, situated in the seaside village of Morfa Bychan, near Porthmadog North Wales. Just a few minutes walk to a 2 mile sandy beach.

Set in some of the most beautiful and serene countryside in the UK, just minutes from Snowdonia National Park, our bungalow will delight you with its superb location, tasteful and relaxing interiors and comprehensive facilities.

Everything you could wish for on a seaside holiday!

Delfan (the name means pretty place in Welsh) has a Visit Wales 4 star rating. Our three-bedroom bungalow sits in a quiet cul de sac only minutes away from the beautiful 2 mile sandy Blue Flag beach of Black Rock Sands in the village of Morfa Bychan, just 10 minutes from the harbour-town of Porthmadog. It is within an easy 30-45 minute drive of all 3 Zip World Sites-great fun for old and young alike.

The bungalow has a bright L shaped living room with sofas, TV, DVD player, Dining table and 6 chairs and views to Moel Y Gest.

The kitchen is fully fitted and has an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It has a door giving access to the back garden.

There are 2 double bedrooms on the back of the property, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, the single bedroom is on the side of the property and is a good size with a pull out second bed.

The bathroom has a bath and separate power shower with toilet and hand basin. There is also a separate toilet and hand basin. Please note towels are not provided.

At the bungalow you will find a folder with information about the bungalow and the local area-things to do and places to eat and shop. As well as leaflets of all of the local attractions.

The garden may be accessed from the kitchen or the driveway and is gated and fenced. It has a small lawn and shrubs. There is a bar-b-que and table, 6 chairs and a parasol. There is a lockable garage where you may store bikes etc.

Whether you are looking for a family holiday, to get away from it all, an avid golfer (there are six golf courses within easy reach), or you want a base from which to explore the Snowdonia National Park, Delfan is the perfect choice.

Changeover day is Saturday.

A declaration must be provided by the party lead that no one travelling has or has had any COVID symptoms in the 14 days prior to the holiday start date.
If anyone gets any COVID symptoms the property MUST be vacated immediately,
On leaving the property a similar declaration is required and failure to provide it will result in the damage deposit being forfeited.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lesley-Anne (the owner) a message.

If Lesley-Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
