Description

General Info: The cottage is located at 2 Cairns Road, St Peter’s Harbour, Prince Edward Island, C0A 1S0. With a total square footage of 2,000, it has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 11. The interior walls and ceilings are finished with knotty pine boards to give it a cozy country feel. The cottage was constructed in 2006. Renovations were done in 2014 to add a finished basement for additional living area and bedrooms.

Outdoors: A large 20′ x 12′ deck hosts a picnic table, 3 benches, and several chairs for relaxing outside. A propane BBQ also resides on the deck – a must for any summer meal. If you have small children, a play structure with a slide, 2 swings, and monkey bars sits in the front lawn. Walk through a short path through the trees at the back of the property to find a large children’s treehouse complete with tube slide, rings, and rope ladder. After the sun sets, a fire pit awaits you in the backyard for marshmallow roasting. The fire pit is set back a couple hundred feet from the cottage. There are no lights or windows in the back yard and large trees stand on three sides of the pit in order to provide a more realistic effect.

Bedrooms: The cottage has 5 large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, closet, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, dresser, and closet. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds (double size bed on the bottom and twin size on top), dresser, closet, and a computer desk. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are in the lower level and each have a queen size bed, dresser, and closet.

Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen comes complete with a refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans are all provided. The island in the kitchen has 2 stools.

Living Area: The living room features a 40″ television with satellite. A ceiling fan hangs from above and can really help cool things down on those hot days. A DVD player and PlayStation gaming console are also available for use. The lower level living area has a reclining sectional sofa as well as a separate sitting/reading area.

Bathrooms: The 4 piece bath on the main level is also home to a full sized washer and dryer. The lower level also has a full 4 piece bath.

Beaches and Golf: PEI is home to the best beaches and golf courses in Canada. The 4.5 star rated Links at Crowbush Cove golf course is only 10 minutes away.

Local Ammenities: The village of Morell is only 5 minutes away. It has groceries, gas, liquor store, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, bike and kayak rentals, deep sea fishing charter, tourism information center, and library. It also has a launching pier into the Morell River where you can fish for trout and Atlantic salmon (fishing license required).

How do damage deposits work?
