A spacious two double bedroom apartment with uninterrupted sea views overlooking Morecambe Promenade towards the Lakeland fells on the horizon.

A perfect place to relax and unwind no matter the season, this apartment makes an ideal spot from which to explore North Lancashire, Lancaster and the South Lakeland Fells. Only a short stroll to great local shops and pubs; just up the road is Happy Mount Park where you will find a traditional park with swingboats, mini golf, etc. Morecambe Golf Club is also within very easy reach.

The apartment benefits from 2 large double bedrooms, the first bedroom has a Kingsize Bed and the second bedroom has 2 Single beds.

The spacious lounge has 2 Sofas and a seating area with 2 chairs and a table, Equipped with a large TV, DVD and Stereo System and the dining area has a table with seating for 4.

The kitchen is separate with electric Hob and Oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Microwave and cooking equipment.

The modern bathroom has an L shape bath with shower over, toilet and sink.

The separate cupboard stores the washing machine with all washing and ironing facilities.

All towels, bed linen etc are provided.

WiFi and Netflix are available at the apartment.

The apartment also has the added advantage of 1 parking space.

Please note that this apartment is non smoking and no pets are allowed.

I am very sorry to have read that you had some issues during your stay. Access to the flat is via Marine Road East which is a wide main road and so I assume you may be referring to the access road to the rear of the flat which has the reserved parking place. Bin lorries are able to drive down this road with ease. Large vehicles can be parked easily in this space. There is a four person cups and plates service in the flat (plates, side plates, bowls and cups) with additional plastic plates and cups. If more is required, this can be provided at any time. There is a dishwasher which is provided for guests to wash the plates and cups with ease (dishwasher tablets provided). There should have been more than enough unless more guests arrived that we were unaware of. The undercounter full size refrigerator is brand new and includes a freezer compartment. I feel this should be more than adequate for a short break. I asked you, as I do all my guests, to let me know if you needed instructions on how to use the facilities (a full set of instructions are provided in the welcome book) or if you required anything else to make the stay more comfortable. As you didn’t ask for instructions or additional items, I was unable to help on this occasion.

Why can't I call Stuart (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stuart (the owner) a message.

If Stuart (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
