OPEN FROM 19/6/2021 - Attractive, economic 2 bedroom apartments in 2 small 2 floor buildings, with large swimming pool, and separate kids pool - no 1 on Tripadvisor in our category! The properties have balconies or terraces for outside sitting and eating. The sand/shingle beach and calm sea are under 8 minutes walk, and all facilities such as shops and restaurants are also only a few minutes walk away.

The apartments have 2 bedrooms, Sat TV & DVD plus dvd selection in Reception, air-con(extra charge), doors out onto the balcony, with table and chairs. Kitchen with 2 rings, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, & dining table. shower room with enclosed shower and sink set in marble worktop.

The pool area has a separate kids pool, complimentary sunbeds, and there is a lounge area beside it with pool loos, seating area with bamboo furniture, a fridge for you to keep your drinks cool by the pool, safety deposit boxes and library. Wifi is free and is best around Reception and the pool, but does also work in most of the rooms (not a very impressive speed though, sorry!)

We don't have a formal Reception, more like a Lounge, with an Honesty Bar so you can help yourselves to drinks and snacks, a fridge by the pool to keep your drinks cool, a library, loads of maps and info. leaflets, and a large book so you can write us a note if you need anything. We leave you to relax, but if you need anything you only have to ask!

Thanks very much for the nice review - I am glad the lack of a formal Reception didn't bother you at all, I always hope that since our guests are all pretty independent they want occasional info. and someone around in case they need anything, but not necessarily someone there full time, which was obviously the case with you. Sorry the shower rooms are a little small, they are indeed, but I hope you still managed ok. Thanks again, and hope to see you in Corfu again some time.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Diana (the owner) a message.

If Diana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
