The ideal choice for an economic holiday. A small, attractive complex, of studios, with a large swimming pool and separate kid's pool. They are conveniently located less than five minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants of the village of Moraitika, which is well known for its sandy beach and calm waters, ideal for kids. The property is in lovely gardens in a peaceful olive grove and offers everything you need for the perfect family holiday, with no need for car rental.

We don't operate a formal Reception but we are generally around, and have a large 'pink book' for guests to write us a note of anything they need, or any questions, so we get back to them very quickly. We don't work like a hotel, we leave people alone unless they want something, at which point we are always available.

A little out of the way in the dark but charming beautiful place made up for that...would definitely come back all friendly guests and Diana and spiros have made a lovely getaway place in the sun

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
