Casa Daniella is a large, spacious luxury villa in Moraira. Set in tropical gardens with 7 air conditioned

bedrooms that can sleep up to 14 guests.

Casa Daniella has everything you need for a great holiday in Moraira, including large heated swimming pool, hot tub spa, pool table, table tennis table plus much more.

The Property

The villa is built on two levels. On the top level is the main villa which leads onto the new pool area. Downstairs there is a separate self contained apartment.

Upstairs there are 2 air conditioned double bedrooms (both with en suite) and 3 twin air conditioned bedrooms. There is also a large lounge which has satellite TV and also has spectacular views of the sea and surrounding valley. The majority of the upstairs part of the villa was fully renovated in 2010.

There is a separate dining room. Upstairs also has 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen, complete with microwave, dishwasher etc.

Leading from the main upstairs villa is a fully glazed Spanish style conservatory, this takes you out onto the patio/pool area.

There is a separate dining room, which makes it possible to create a 5th upstairs bedroom if required (charges apply), allowing the upstairs part of the villa to sleep a total of ten guests.

Downstairs there is double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with airconditioning. There is also a large lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and small terrace area. The total number of guests that can sleep downstairs is 4.

Newly refurbished for 2020, there is now an additional 2 bedrooms in a guest apartment with a shower room and toilet. There is one double bedroom and a large shared room with 4 single beds.

The way that the villa is set out makes Casa Daniella ideal for groups with 2 families, or those with teenagers who want their own privacy.

The villa is approx 15 minutes walk to the town centre and beaches of Moraira and approx 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest shops/restaurants. There is also crazy golf and tennis courts approx 10 mins walk from the villa.

The Facilities

The conservatory in the main villa leads onto a large patio area which has recently been re tiled with anti-slip tiles. Directly ahead of you is the swimming pool which has recently be reformed. The first step of the pool leads you to a shallow padding area for the younger children to enjoy. Continue down the steps, here the pool is 1 metre deep gradually increasing to 2 meters at the other end where the slide is.

To the left of the conservatory is a large gazebo. Here there is a pool table and full size table tennis table. You will also find many chairs which are great to hide from the sun when it becomes too much!

On the same level as the patio area, just a few metres from the conservatory is the barbeque house. As it's name suggests, this is a building containing a barbeque! However, it doesn't just contain a barbeque, there is also a large table and chairs in it, as well as sink unit, worktops and cooker. Everything you need to prepare your Al fresco meals! There is also a stereo system. There villa also has an outside toilet.

Surrounding the whole villa are tropical gardens. These gardens compliment the feeling of "paradise" that Casa Daniella brings to it's guests.

Excellent service offered with villa rental; 24 hour emergency callout service, should you have any queries or concerns. Meet and greet, welcome packs available. Personnel on call to ensure your stay is fully enjoyable.

We supply all bedding/linen (one bath towel and hand towel per person). One cot and one highchair. Any extra beds,mattresses, cots, linen or beach towels can be provided on request but charges will apply.

House rules

We only accept family groups. No hen or stag parties or any no noisy parties of any kind during your stay. These are residential premises and must be respected.

Pool heating is available for approx 300 euro per week. This is to cover the cost of the gas used to heat the system. unlike solar heating systems gas systems do actually heat the water in the pool up, allowing it to be enjoyed all year round.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Katie (the owner) a message.

If Katie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
