Casa Serena is a pretty, homely villa with oodles of individuality that comes with our highest recommendations. Situated very close to the coast road offering easy access to both Moraira and Calpe.

Situated in a quiet, secluded location just off of the Moraira - Calpe coast road a short drive from the amenities of both Calpe and Moraira this villa is far enough away from the bustle to offer the type of unrushed tranquillity within its grounds that its name suggests. The gardens are mature and attractive and the shaded terrace features a large wooden dining table that is perfect for barbecues by the poolside. Benefits include WiFI internet, UK Freesat television channels and a 3rd bedroom that features an additional bunk bed thus enabling the villa to comfortably sleep 8 guests. The views across the valley to the sea are superb and local beaches, bars and restaurants not far away when required.

Casa Serena is situated in a small and quiet residential development just off the Moraira-Calpe Road 6.5 km south of Moraira.

The main entrance is just a few steps up from the private driveway leading onto a fantastic shaded terrace equipped with dining table and established gardens surrounding the swimming pool. The front door leads to the dining room which is well furnished in traditional Castilian style and a newly fitted luxurious kitchen, with a range of modern units with granite tops, eye-level electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven.

The main bedroom features a double-bed, built in wardrobes and dressing table. The second double bedroom is also of a good size and offers built in wardrobes. The third bedroom provides twin single beds and a bunk bed, it has built in wardrobes and its own modern en-suite bathroom. A family bathroom with bath is shared between the two other bedrooms. From the dining room a large open-plan staircase leads to the upper floor which features a spacious and sunny lounge with new leather sofas, satellite TV and two sets of double doors leading onto a large open upper terrace ideal for dining, relaxing and sunbathing. The terrace offers views across open countryside to the sea and a further table and chairs for sitting or dining.

The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and is a kidney shaped design with stainless-steel steps. The surrounding terraces and gardens are varied and established, offering a good degree of privacy and a barbecue. The washing machine is in a separate laundry room accessed from the gardens.
