Description

If you are looking for peace and quiet but still want to be close to the town centre then this is the holiday villa for you. Casa Laz Terrazas is accessed by its own private driveway and remote controlled gates. It offers a very comfortable and stylish accommodation (open plan living area) having 1 double bedroom with modern en-suite walk in shower and toilet, and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a large modern walk in shower and toilet.The bedrooms are all air conditioned and have fitted wardrobes with lots of hanging space. A fold out bed is also available . The air conditioned living room is bright and spacious with a raised dining area, french doors opens up on this level to the naya with lovely views to sea. The kitchen is well equipped having a washing machine and dishwasher etc.There is flat screen TV with a sky digi-box. The villa also has WiFi internet access. The gardens are very private and picturesque and well maintained with tropical palms and plants and look stunning at night with different colour lights. There are 2 BBQ areas for alfresco dining either by the pool or in the shade of the covered terrace.The swimming pool has sun all day and if you wish plenty of shade on the terrace under the naya palms. Walking distance to Moraira and the beach is roughly 15 -20 min depending on your pace!The Algas Beach Bar is just 700 mtrs away where you can sit and enjoy a cold drink with the cool breeze of the sea watching the world go by!

We also accommodate rental for 2 to 6 persons prices adjusted accordingly

Getting around

Car is the most convenient way to get around to other towns and cities Their are also buses available from Moraira to Calpe,Alicante,Havea and many more. Plenty of Bars,Restaurants,and beach line cafes in walking distant from Villa (photo of Agas bar being one of them shown on web).

Interaction with guest

Keys are available on your arrival to driveway and the electric gates. Additional information is available in the villa regarding area,etc The pool is checked and treated once a week to keep it in optimum condition. If you are staying for longer than a week and request change of laundry we can provide at a small additional fee, however their is a washing machine provided, also house keeping can be provided (additional charge) if you require. If you lik a change of linen or housekeeping please advise when booking. WINTER BOOKINGS; will be subject to additional heating levy this is based on a reading before your arrival and after.Normal consumption will be deductedto achieve additional usage if any.

“Comfort, privacy peaceful all apply to a villa in a lovely Spanish setting.”

We have been here several times now, drawn to the delights of Moraira and its genuine Spanishness! The town/village has a lot and caters for all tastes and ages. The beach and sea are quite simply magnificent and very well cared for. The area immediately around the church has the best of Spanish culture and family life in abundance. The villa is perfectly situated, not too near nor far and younger people could easily walk too and fro with ease however, a car is essential for travel to the villa and elsewhere. It is well appointed and very comfortable. We have already booked next year and hope for the same wonderful weather! Not always guaranteed in September.

Lovely villa so private with a gorgeous sea view. Gorgeous modern shower rooms. We did miss a bath with having a baby but no big deal. Bar 21 just down the road does great tapas and drinks. One day we had no water pressure, I text the agent and he arrived and sorted it within 30 mins. Would stay here again. :-)

what a splendid villa this is,we have just got back from laz terrazas and highly delighted, we have stayed in villas which have been more expensive which are not up to this standard of this one, so pleased we are booking for next year. it was well equipped and very cleanand what was nice is not being over looked,and having well maintained gardens and pool. and to finish it off we had very nice weather for this time of year many thanks to chris and ruth the owners time stayed 7 march to 17 march

This was our 4th holiday in this villa and in a way,that speaks for itself,even more so,that we have already booked for next September. The reasons for doing this begin with the location in two respects. Firstly, Moraira is a delightful place for all ages. The village or town is still essentially Spanish even though there is a typically varied local population and cuisine to choose from. The location of the villa is a nice balance between close enough to everything and positioned quietly and very privately with a lovely outlook to the sea. The villa's facilities and layout are all that you could wish for and the help and service support ditto. There is all a retired couple or an active family could wish for. A car is really needed to make the most of what the area offers but better walkers than us would find a trip to the magnificent beach doable even with a more challenging uphill return. From first point of contact to follow up,the owners are very helpful and kind.

“Lovely Holiday”

This is the third villa we have stayed at in Moraira in recent years and all have been high standard. This villa comes out on top because of the peaceful location yet still being just 10 minutes walk downhill to the sea front with some nice bars & restaurants. I was expecting the climb back up to be tough, but it was easy and even our 6 year-old did not complain once. This villa is in excellent order throughout and I could not fault anything. Surprising for me as I usually find fault somewhere. The villa is furnished to a high standard and really it is a home from home. The welcome pack was unexpected and a nice touch. Chris is a lovely owner to deal with and communication was excellent. Shane and Angela looked after the housekeeping and kept the gardens tidy. The pool is also well looked after twice a week, usually when you are still in bed. No broken tiles and very safe for children. An excellent villa suitable for a couple or a family.
