San Jaime is a prestigious residential area set around the famous "Golf Club Ifach" All individually styled gated properties, far enough away for peace and tranquility but near enough to enjoy all of the facilities a modern Mediterranean resort has to offer.

Casa Crystalle is on the edge of this, alone but not isolated. The perfect place to unwind and forget the rest of the world exists for a while, the perfect centre for watersports and sailing, golfing, walking, cycling or just sitting. With Calpe and its famous fish restaurants a ten minute drive away and Javea with its wide beaches and lively night life within ten miles.

Set on one level, three spacious bedrooms ,One with its own separate entrance, overlooking the pool, giving an opportunity for individual space, this en suite room has a king size, circular, rotating bed.The Main part of the house has a modern well equipped kitchen with one fridge freezer and one spacious fridge so you won't run out of ice. A washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. A full size oven and hob in case you can't be bothered to visit one of the many cosmopolitan restaurants nearby. A separate dining room for formal meals and two outside tables for alfresco dining. A Barbecue is provided for picnics by the pool and suitable safety picnic ware for out side use (glasses are not suitable in the pool area for obvious safety reasons). Outdoor dining area on the terrace for relaxing evening meals under the stars.The modern lounge is minimal in its décor, attractive, comfortable and without the nooks and crannies of some older Spanish properties, that can harbour grime, above all CLEAN, which we feel is an essential requirement when renting. Free Wi-Fi, a wide screen Satellite TV with a DVD and CD player (an abundence of films and books are also available) and a games console ( just in case you get fed up of the sun).Outside a large pool with Roman steps with a spacious sun bathing terrace that sees the sun all day from morning till night. There is also a secluded garden if you feel the need to sit quietly in the shade. and for the energetic table tennis if desired Bedroom number 1 with its own dressing area and spacious bathroom, overlooks the pool with a sea view in the distance which makes your first cup of coffee in bed a perfect start to what will be a perfect day and Holiday. The second bedroom with twin beds,has security shutters at the windows is ideal for children and has its own bathroom too.The third room we have already mentioned, with its own private access from the terrace. A cot and high chair are available on request at no extra cost. Also a picnic cool box with ice packs along with Beach towels and beach umbrellas for your use.

“Gorgeous, spacious villa with lovely pool area”

Casa Crystalle is a beautiful, spacious villa in a quiet neighbourhood. It is equipped to a very high standard and is extremely comfortable. It is situated a short drive from Moraira centre but there are bars and restaurants within walking distance. Outside by the pool you get a sense of space and with a south-facing patio area the pool is warmed by the sun all day. We would definitely recommend.

My husband and I plus our two teenage sons have just returned from our very enjoyable and relaxing two week holiday. This villa has been decorated and equipped so well. We all felt very comfortable from day one and very much at home - it really is a home from home. For us, the outside space is probably more important as we spend most of our time outside and the villa has a fantastic pool and seating area. The sun shines on the outside area just about all day but there is lots of shade provided should you want it. Overall we felt very spoiled. You ideally need a car but the drive into Moraira is a short one. You can also catch a bus from the entrance to the urbanisation ( it takes about 25 mins to walk) and this can take you to Moraira and Calpe. We used Skippy Car Rental and they provided a very good service. James, the owner has been very helpful throughout and the details provided in the advertisement is accurate. I always read trip advisor comments when booking holiday accommodation and I can genuinely say I would recommend this villa.

We've just returned from our 1 week stay at Casa Crystalle which we've thoroughly enjoyed. The villa was clean, well equipped and in a peaceful and beautiful area. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and was efficient and prompt in responding. We hope to return.

just spent two weeks at this lovely villa which was beautifully furnished and very clean. Close to all amenities including Moraira town with plenty of bars and restaurants and beaches. It was everything we expected and will be booking again for next year.

We have just spent 9 nights at Casa Crystalle with our daughter, son in law and two under 4's. We had our separate 'quiet bedroom' and the villa is so well equipped and safe. It was all and more than we expected and would hope to go again in years to come. Moraira is a lovely town, quite unspoilt but with enough to do and is very family orientated.

We stayed here in mid September, it was fantastic. The villa is close to two resturants , one near the golf club is very nice. The villa is modern and clean. We went with two young children and it was perfect. We would defiantly return. The owners are brilliant and very helpful.

5 of us stayed at the Villa in September 2011, with an age range of 5 to 60, and we all had a great holiday at this villa. The villa is good value - it was modern, spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool, likewise, was top quality as was the outside space and facilities (for example, number of sunbeds and options to sit in or out of the sun). The location suited us too - a 2 minute drive to a good supermarket & 5 minutes in to the town, where there is a wide choice of restaurants. Its also under an hour to Benidorm if you have the appetite to go to a theme or water park. A car is needed, but this is the case with the majorioty of villa holidays as we didn't regard this as a disadvantage at all. The property location was on a quiet street & was not overlooked, so this is ideal for anyone looking for privacy too. I would recommend this property without hesitation & hope to visit again myself one day.
