Villa TOSSAL impresses with its size and its breathtaking sea and panoramic views over the entire coast, from El Portet to the port of Moraira over the famous „Peñon de Ifach“ (Rock of Calpe, the symbol of the Costa Blanca) and the village of Calpe. You will not find a more beautiful view at the Costa Blanca! The house was extensively renovated and modernised in 2020 and furnished by an interior designer in the Ibiza / Boho style. The 1.500 m² south-facing plot is surrounded by a wall and practically secluded, privacy is guaranteed. The plot is laid out in two main levels, the solar heated infinity pool with terrace and barbecue area is located directly in front of the house. The access gate opens and closes remotely, there is room for several vehicles on the closed plot. Charger for electric vehicles 3,7 kW.

Location

The villa is situated on the southern slope directly above the San Jaime Villa Park in the „Tossal d’els Avencs“ residential area, exactly on the municipal boundary between Benissa and Moraira-Teulada, about 130 m above sea level. Due to the hillside location there is always a light breeze blowing, which makes the stay pleasant even in the summer heat. The small road runs along the back of the house and is not very busy, and is practically inaudible in the house and by the pool. The property is in the sun all day and all year round.

Upper level: Tower apartment with separate entrance, consisting of round sleeping area with free-standing double bed, living area, kitchen, walk-in shower, bricked washstand and toilet. Superb sea view!

Mid level: Round lounge with open fireplace, dining room with glazed panoramic terrace, large open kitchen, dream view! 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (walk-in showers) with toilet. Separate guest suite with private access and shower/toilet, in front of it a sun terrace (south-west) with half-shaded pergola and great sea views. Direct additional stairs from the sun terrace to the pool.

Lower level (pool level): Covered terrace (patio) with table and seating for 8 people and bricked seat/lounger, in front of it a huge natural stone terrace with wooden pergola, awning and shade lamellas, directly in front of it the 8 x 5 m infinity pool (illuminated and solar heated) with view to the famous rock „Peñon de Ifach“. Next to the pool there is a bricked barbecue and a solar shower. On this level there is another apartment which is not rented out and remains locked.

Garden Terrace: Below the pool level there is another natural stone terrace with a small palm tree garden and a covered sitting area with a second barbecue and a shower. Here you can sunbathe in peace, read, drink a glass of wine or simply enjoy the stunning sea view.

Free fibre optic internet access via WLAN / Wi-Fi. Charger for electric vehicles 3,7 kW.

The rent includes bed linen and towels, internet, water and general electricity. Electricity for air conditioning and heating and car charging is billed via a separate meter. The final cleaning costs 150 €. The deposit is 300 € and will be refunded directly by tripadvisor if no damage is reported.
