The Valenciana region
This region of the Costa Blanca is very attractive with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are also nearby. The big town of Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park.
The climate here is superb and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely stunning.
Moraira, this small popular town is fronted by a life guarded sandy beach, a promenade and marina. Amongst its quiet streets are cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It also offers clean and attractive shops that cater for just about everything you need, including excellent chemists who converse in English. On Friday mornings Moraira has a very popular market where there is fresh fruit, vegetables, clothes and all manner of other interesting goods on sale.
On second weekend in June there is the annual “Moors and Christians” fiesta weekend – a spectacular event put on by the town locals that is something to be enjoyed by all age groups. Moraira is one of those towns that people - including the local inhabitants - just love to stroll round and take in its life at any hour of the day.
Benitachell, this is a very small non-tourist town between Moraira and Javea with quite a long history behind it. As with most inland towns in this region the main road leaves you ignorant of its inner parts so you really have to explore on foot to see what makes it tick. To the outsider it may not seem a lot at first.
The shops are few and mostly hidden but there is a real community going on here, mostly centred on the church, the school, the town hall that has the responsibility for a number of outlying urbanisations. Walk around this small town, you are always welcome into the church at service times or go into one of the hidden bars, or the market and watch how the people spend their lives together – it might takes you back to the British communities of long ago!

"Wonderful holidays in a wonderful villa"
We stayed here for two weeks with 2 families (4 adults and 4 children). Everything was perfect (thanks to Sylvia). Its only a few minutes drive to El Portet or Moraira or to a wonderful beach. The pool is lovely and our 2 kids (7 and 9 years old) used to stay in the pool lots of hours. Sitting on the terrace in the evenings you can watch the sun going down. Cannot recommend this villa enough, we WILL be going back! Soon!

"Relaxation At It's Best"
We found the Villa in an ideal location with lovely views to open countryside, nice and quiet yet very close to all amenities. The Villa was very well presented and well looked after, the rooms were spacious and extremely clean as was the outside areas and swimming pool. Sylvia was there when we arrived to answer any questions we may have had and to make sure we settled in okay. The best thing about the Villa was waking up to lovely views in a nice location, the only problem we encountered was that the fridge and freezer did not function correctly "melted ice in hot conditions" is not good. Overall we had a great time and would certainly return to this Villa.
The fridge/freezer has been repaired and is now working well.

"A perfect holiday in a beautiful Villa"
We stayed two weeks at the Villa sunset. The villa is very roomy an has a lot of privacy. Several beaches and shopping facilities are very close. You can enjoy a beautiful sundown because the view from the terrace is wonderful. The private pool was especially for the children but also for the adults a great facility. We are looking forward to stay again in the gorgeous Villa Sunset.
