Directly overlooking the bay and right in front of the historic and strategically located garrison of the Guardia Civil (1913) this south facing villa affords a 180 degree view from the Cap Dor (golden cape) to the massive Ifach Rock (calpe). El Portet beach is a short walk away while Moraira centre and the yacht club iare a nice strolll along the coastal walkway which the house Forget about the car in the evenings and breathe in the sea air.. Certainly one of the best locations and access possible.
The space was designed by for himself by its former owner an architect (Le Corbusier Prize 1966 Athens. Space is the luxury here, although on different subtle elevations and terraces, essentially most of the living and pool amd terrace space are on one level. the great thing is that although one can discover each intimate space; whether basking in the sun from the table in the pool, to lazily swinging from the hammock, cooking on the bbq ,reading and playing backgammon on the sofa,

Sleeping quarters are comprised of 4 bedrooms. Facing the pool are two bedrooms with one double bed and two singles each with independent access to a shared shower and toilet room. The third light blue bedroom is on a different private level, has a double bed, en suite shower and toilet rooms and a private terrace totall overlooking the pool and the breathtaking views over all, it becomes clear why the civil guard chose such an enclave for their barracks. The master bedrooms is located on the east side of the house and holds a larger bed (180x180cmcm) en suite bathroom, chimney, and a large private terrace with a real antique marble working bathtub and breakfast area!

the Costa Blanca North has a unique coastline which topographically resembles an extension of the the balearic chain, with cricks and capes and crystalline waters, as opposed to further north and south with its open wide beaches and large expanses.

Moraira

Moraira is a priviledged town that has managed to retain its character as a little fishing village. There are no high rises permittted and the quaint town has an intimate and comfortable ambiance. The village center next to the port still has a few original fishermans dwellings. one of these is a restaurant called El Lloc del Poble was bought, protected, restored, and reconverted by the former owner of this home. The walk to town along the coast and overlooking the marina is very pleasant and safe, well lit , and takes about 1o miinutes. The seaside path is just below the villa so theres no way to go astray.
