Description

villa Vista - is a well designed villa with breathtaking views as you are swept by the mesmerising scenery of clusters of pine forests bordering onto acres of rich green crop terraces (mainly of grape vines) with various valleys converging together and forming a plateau that runs down to the town of Moraira. The elevation of the plot and house captures the most beautiful sunsets over the distant Bernia mountain range to the front. The villa is set, along with twelve other similar houses, in a cul-de-sac development well away from main roads and the hustle and bustle of every day life, yet is within 5 minutes walking distance of local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Moraira town centre with its facilities, Marina and beaches is only a few minutes away by car. There is also a wide selection of superb bars and restaurants dotted all over the immediate countryside.

A short flight of steps, from the drive, leads you to the swimming pool area, with a 7.5m x 3.5m swimming

villa Vista - is a well designed villa with breathtaking views as you are swept by the mesmerising scenery of clusters of pine forests bordering onto acres of rich green crop terraces (mainly of grape vines) with various valleys converging together and forming a plateau that runs down to the town of Moraira.

A short flight of steps, from the drive, leads you to the swimming pool area, with a 7.5m x 3.5m swimming pool with pool cover on roller, to help retain the sun's heat which can be lost during the hours of darkness. The sun terrace around the pool is tiled and features two lovely palm trees, sun loungers, patio table and chairs with sun parasol, plus portable Weber barbeque. There is a store room that houses the garden furniture and the washing machine.
Another flight of stairs, from the pool level, brings you to the large covered terrace, with wonderful views, that looks out to the valley in front, and is furnished with a patio table and chairs. Large glass, sliding patio doors allow you into the villa and directly into the bright, modern living room; there are two comfortable sofas, occasional tables and lamps, plus the feature stone fireplace with glass-fronted wood-burning fire for those warm, cosy winter evenings. There is satellite television* and a DVD player. The dining area is furnished with a modern, white rectangular table and stylish, moulded chairs.
Divided from the living room, by an arch and small breakfast bar, is the fully equipped kitchen. Leading off from the living room is a small hallway and off this the fully tiled bathroom. Next door is the double bedroom with a double bed and plenty of built-in wardrobe space. Adjacent to this is the second bedroom with twin beds and built-in wardrobes. The third bedroom, which is small, has a single bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Outside - From the dining room there is a door which allows access to the back patio area, which is paved, where you will find further garden furniture and areas to sit out. Both this area and the pool level are totally enclosed, by walls and fencing, thus making it very safe for young children.

Heating - The villa is heated by a large glass-fronted wood burner (wood supplied free) and a large wall-mounted gas heater; in every bedroom there is an electric oil-filled radiator; and an electric bar heater in the bathroom, plus heated towel rail.
*Digital Satellite Television - With the Sky Family Package, currently there are at least fifty channels including UK Gold, UK Gold+1, UKG2, Sky One, Channel 5, UK History, Discovery, Reality TV, Challenge, Living TV, Bravo, Paramount, Home & Leisure, UK Style, UK Food, UK Drama Travel Channel, Discovery Health, M Life TV, Show Casa, Fashion TV, Game Network, Classic TV, News Channels (inc Bloomberg, BBC Parliament, CNBC, Fox, ITV, CNN, Euronews, Sky), Music Channels (inc MTV & VH1), Childrens (inc Boomerang, Nickleodeon, Fox Kids, Cartoon Network), QVC, Travel Shop, TV Shop, Sports Channels (Inc Golf Channel, At the races, I Sports TV, Extreme Sports, Premiership Plus).

Internet Access - A free ADSL wi-fi broadband connection is available for guests' use. You must take your own device to connect up.

The villa next door - Pintor, with its own private swimming pool, is also available for rental - same high standards and excellent views - thus it is possible to rent the two villas together if you have a large group, say two families, who like their private comforts.

Location description from owner

The Valencian Country region

The best place for family holidays in Spain

Family holidays in Spain aren't complete without the beach and the clear waters of the Mediterranean. The Costa Blanca has three times the number of EU Blue Flags than any of the other Costas. EU Blue Flags are highly sought-after ratings, showing the beaches are clean, well-tended and very safe for family bathing.
And, when you want to get away from the beach, you can take the family to the amazing Terra Mitica theme park near Benidorm and the Vergal Safari Park near Denia.
No matter what kind of holiday you're looking for, there's sure to be a VillaSpain villa that's perfect for you.

The central area of Spain's Mediterranean coast (the Costa Blanca) has been known as the White Coast for 2500 years, since Greek traders named it Akra Leuka (white headland). Its 170 miles of coast feature unforgettable sandy beaches and inviting blue-green seas.

There's a huge variety of coastal resorts – Javea, Calpe, Denia, Altea, Benidorm, Villajoyosa, Alicante and Spain's third largest city, Valencia – plus truly spectacular scenery inland, including the mountain-top fortress of Guadalest, Europe's largest palm forest at Elche and the ancient city of Murcia.
And, don't forget to take a ride on the Costa Blanca's famous Lemon Train, one of Europe's great train journeys, running between Alicante and Denia.

Moraira

Spain's Costa Blanca has been popular with tourists for many years, Hemmingway being a frequent visitor during the 1930's. A mild all-year-round climate and an average of 320 days sunshine each year adds to the attraction. The World Health Organisation has designated this area as possessing one of the finest climates found anywhere, particularly for people with respiratory difficulties and the EU has awarded many of the beaches in the area the prestigious "blue flag" for water quality and cleanliness several years running. In addition, modern infrastructure with low crime rates and the ability to easily reach two international airports, coupled with good quality international schooling at affordable prices, is increasing the attraction of this already popular area for new residents as well as visitors.

The landscape of the Northern Costa Blanca is blessed with greenery year round, unlike that of the Southern Costa Blanca or Costa del Sol, with wonderful mountain vistas looking inland from the kilometres of beaches, or within the fabulous valleys, famous for their wine, (such as the increasingly popular Jalon Valley), or the abundant, but slightly higher elevation Citrus Valleys (notably of the Orba region).
