Welcome to our stunning five-star luxury villa in Moraira. This exquisite frontline property boasts imposing, yet elegant architecture with impressive proportions and an illustrious sea view. Surrounded by magnificent exterior areas, including a marvelous pool with Roman steps, sun terraces framed by pillars, and king-sized royal palm trees, this villa offers a truly opulent and private retreat.

Step inside, and you will be greeted by a palatial reception room adorned with hand-cut terracotta tiles, a wrought-iron suspended fireplace, and a grand chandelier. The bright and spacious rooms are full of extraordinary objects of value, such as a full-sized depiction of “The Last Supper” in delicate shades and mysterious relics of a shipwreck. The superior decor of this villa is a feast for the eyes and a testament to its luxury status.

The country house kitchen is both modern and comfortable, and the princely gallery and extensive window facades provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape. This is a very fine example of a luxury Spanish property, offering the superb tradition of the past with the comfortable practicalities of the present.

Located in a secluded and sheltered area, this villa is just steps away from the idyllic coastal towns of Moraira. Playa del Portet is a small shell-shaped inlet with clear waters and a sandy beach, while the main beach, near the castle, is the largest and most popular beach in the area.

Club Nautica is an exclusive yacht haven with many facilities, including a restaurant, while Platgetes beaches have easy access, parking, restaurants, and showers. Cap Blanc boasts a very pleasant bathing beach at the bottom of the cliffs, and La Cala, a small rocky beach of clear waters, is difficult to access but worth a visit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lynn (the owner) a message.

If Lynn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
