An internal staircase leads to 2 further double bedrooms, en suite shower room, games room with pool table and cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin. Outside is a 10m x 4m rectangular pool with Roman steps, sun terrace with barbecue and outside kitchen with fridge and sink unit. Gated entrance to private parking for 2-3 cars plus car port. Changeover days are flexible but it requested the villa is vacated by 10.00am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of €10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

Door from lounge area leads to glazed naya and open terrace overlooking the pool and there is a small sea view. Kitchen: Open plan American style fitted kitchen complete with oven, gas hob, fridgefreezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 on upper level with double bed, fitted wardrobe and air con unit. Internal stairs to: Bedroom 2 with standard double bed. Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds and wardrobe. There is also a games room with pool table. Bathrooms: Upper level - Wet room with shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin. Lower level - En suite shower room to bedroom 2. Cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.

Moraira

Cumbre del Sol is the largest and most well known urbanization of Benitachell. Being high up it has spectacular views of the Mediterranean and has a supermarket, bank, pharmacy and restaurant.Moraira (10 minute drive away) is a picturesque coastal town in a bay on the South-Eastern coast of Spain. It is nestled between the resorts of Javea and Calpe. Once a sleepy fishing village, Moraira is a popular holiday destination for European visitors staying in holiday villas in Moraira. Moraira's property is also sought after by its loyal following from Spain. Surrounded by Costa Blanca’s beautiful mountains, Moraira has 8 km of coastline with fine sandy beaches and inviting turquoise waters. Moraira’s impressive marina is at the centre of its life with plenty of local bars, shops and restaurants. In fact some of the restaurants are highly recommended with menus for all tastes. Much of Moraira’s original character remains untouched due to strict planning laws, ensuring that the town is not over-developed. There is probably a local market you can visit every day of the week in the area if you wished. There are many excellent golf courses in this area of Costa Blanca. Many visitors come to the Moraira and Javea area for a golfing holiday. Along with golf there’s a large array of sports available including squash, horse-riding, football and go-karts. On or in the water there are some great water-sports as well as boat trips and boat hire. There are numerous Fiestas to enjoy throughout the year in Spain. The most popular months are April, June, July and November. Javea sits on the South-Eastern coast of Spain in North Costa Blanca. With Moraira and a few of the other local towns it is often referred to as the Jewel in the Crown of Costa Blanca. With Javea’s 20 kilometres of coastline and dramatic scenery it is easy to see why.
