Casa Delfin is a beautiful detached 2 bedroom Villa both having en suites, air con, TV with DVD player and WI FI
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with views and sunsets 'to die for' the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday and with full sun all year..Large lounge and dining area with flat screen TV, BBC,ITV . Large open plan fully fitted kitchen with dish washer etc
One guest toilet a joining both bedrooms. Covered naya with table and chairs for out door dining, beautiful private pool 10 x 5 with large terrace having sun loungers, garden lighting BBQ, and pool side shower

The villa is In a select part of Moraira, San Jamie walking distance to good Supermarket complex, local shops, banks, bars and Restaurants. A few minutes by car to Moraira town and two local sandy beaches and two minutes to Golf Club.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susan (the owner) a message.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
