Description

The apartment is situated right in the heart of the town 100 metres from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and is fitted with air conditioning. It also has a wardrobe and chest of drawers with 2 windows, one overlooking the large terrace and the other overlooking the square. The second bedroom has full size bunk beds (3' x 6'), a wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror and a window overlooking the square. There is a good size lounge/diner, luxury fully fitted kitchen, and modern shower room with large walk in shower. The lounge is well furnished with ample seating and coffee table. There is a large flat screen TV with UK TV - BBC, ITV and Freeview channels. There is also Spanish TV available a DVD player and stereo. The apartment also offers FREE WIFI. The dining area has a round glasstop dining table with 4 chairs. The large terrace is accessed directly from the lounge through large double doors. It is softly lit for evening dining and there is an awning which covers the whole terrace operated by an electric motor. So the only effort required is carrying the wine and glasses! The apartment is situated on the first floor and there is a lift. Alicante airport is 1 hour to the south and Valencia 1 hour 20 mins to the north. The apartment has been completely renovated and is furnished to a very high standard.

The terrace is a beautiful area of 20sq.m. At one end there is a table for alfresco dining. At the other, we have lovely rattan furniture for relaxing. The whole area can be covered with a blind which is electric.All amenities are within a few minutes including, banks, taxis, supermarkets, post office, restaurants, bars and cafes.There is a free car park 200 metres walk from apartment.

The Valencian Country region

Costa Blanca and Moraira: The Costa Blanca is a beautiful part of Spain and has something to offer every visitor. There are sandy blue flag beaches with water sports of all descriptions. Inland there is superb scenery and historic, sleepy towns tucked away, waiting to be discovered. The cities of Valencia and Alicante are well worth exploring, Valencia now being 'The New Barcelona' following the Americas Cup. For excitement Benidorm is the home of Terra Mitica theme park as well as the Aqualandia Waterpark amongst many attractions. Moraira, one of the most unspoilt resorts on the Costa Blanca. It has a picturesque sea front and harbour with 18th Century castle right next to the main sandy blue flag beach. There is plenty of easy parking so it is a pleasure to wander around the exclusive shops and try out the various excellent restaurants from traditional Spanish to Italian to Japanese. Whilst bustling it is never rowdy, a variety of Fiestas all year round add to the fun!

Moraira

The town has an abundance of excellent restaurants and bars. Most are open all year around. They vary from typical Spanish to Michelin rated to pizza and rib restaurants. Supermarkets, banks, post office, internet cafe, shops, bakers, taxi rank are all on your doorstep. Every Friday Moraira hosts a bustling market in the public car park where you can buy fruit and veg, clothing, scarves, jewellery, handbags and souvenirs. Moraira has 2 excellent sandy beaches. Bathing is very safe for children particularly at L'Ampolla beach where there is also a children play area. There are restaurants and bars at both beaches. The town hosts fiestas all year round. The fireworks are not to be missed, as is the Moors and Christians festival.

“Perfect position”

This rental was everything promised in the description of the apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. Everything worked. So close to the seafront, bars, cafes and restaurants. Free, public parking nearby. Couldn't fault the apartment or Moraira.

Easy and convenient to find. Lovely balcony and lounge area. Very cosy for December, as not always warm outside. Very nice touches left in the apartment on arrival, bottle of wine, milk, juice, bread etc.

“A great place to stay in MorairaLas Vinyes”

Las Vinyes is a great place to stay in Moraira; the apartment is beautifully furnished inside and has a large open terrace with plenty of seating. It is situated in a good position in the town, close to the many restaurants and bars and less than a 5 minute walk to Moraira's main beach. We did have a problem when the boiler broke, but Fran who looks after the apartment was brilliant and got this sorted as soon as possible, which actually meant having the boiler replaced. The owner Sally and Fran looked after us very well and we plan to stay here again and we would recommend the apartment to anyone.

Thanks for your understanding with the boiler and pleased we could sort it quickly for you. Looking forward to your return visit.
