Description

Moraira is a delightful small holiday town with two pristine beaches and a fantastic range of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. It is an ideal holiday destination for families but is equally good for couples looking for quiet relaxation. There's plenty to do both in Moraira and the surrounding area including all manner of water sports, golf, walking and rock climbing.

La Joya is one of the very few sea front properties in the area and also has the benefit of a selection of restaurants close by.

We have our own private garden and car parking . The ground floor accommodation consists of a spacious kitchen dining room, lounge, shower room and children's bedroom. The curved staircase leads up to 2 double bedrooms and a large family bathroom.

Outside there is a large patio area with covered,shady dining area. There is a barbeque and a range of sun loungers and there is also a sunken Mirador at the end of our garden literally a stones throw from the sea. Perfect

La Joya has been redecorated throughout for 2016

Please note that all the photographs are genuine and are of the actual property, its private garden and views.

There is a folding travel cot and high chair for use by our younger guests. Please bring your own bedding for the cot.

Towels and bed linen are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is only carried out at changeover. If you would like bedding or towels changing during your stay this can be done for an extra charge to cover costs.

We will do our best to accommodate different changeover days.
