A typically Spanish design, Olicana is a light and airy home-from-home, combining all the usual conveniences of modern living with traditional Valencian architecture and Tosca stone detail.
The villa is within a 5-10 minute drive to Moraira and its sandy beaches, castle, and beautiful town centre with splendid bars and restaurants. The nearest restaurant is an 8 minute walk (where the Club de Golf Ifach golf course is), bars are just 15 minutes walk, and many more restaurants/bars and a large supermarket are just 5 minutes in the car.

Accommodation - The villa is accessed via a metal gate, leading down a driveway, which can accommodate several cars. The property is on two levels, with external stairs down to the third bedroom suite below.
You enter the villa through the entrance door, by the poolside, which leads to the spacious kitchen (a real bonus for snacks & drinks by the pool!).

Consists of a large well-equipped, traditional-style kitchen.
From here you enter the semi-circular dining room, and through a large stone archway onto the curved living area, with a comfortable sofa suite, log fire, 37" wall-mounted plasma Satellite television*, DVD player and CD system. A wall-mounted air-conditioning/warm-air unit has been recently installed for comfort (charged extra upon meter usage).
The gas central heating (charged extra upon meter usage), complimented by a log burning fire, is more than adequate for cosy winter evenings.
Entrance to the naya (glazed terrace) can be found at the far end of the living room.
You can dine here, in the dining room, or, for the real sun-seekers, out on the ample outside terrace were you can admire the sea view.
Also on this level is the main double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, a shower room, and a laundry room. Both these bedrooms have air-conditioning/warm-air units (charged extra upon meter usage). It should be noted that the windows of these two bedrooms open onto the glazed naya.
The third bedroom is separate and self-contained, and accessed down external steps (please note) from the naya terrace. Here you have a curved double bedroom, with en-suite shower room, complete with its own covered terrace, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Outside - The larger than average 9m x 5m rectangular swimming pool, with Roman steps, with sun all day, is private and complemented by an outdoor shower and tiled built-in barbeque. The substantial pool terrace is equipped with patio dining furniture, sun loungers, parasol shading, and the view to Calpe Rock can be seen from this beautifully elevated position. This is a fantastic spot to watch the sun rise at breakfast and set in the evening, perhaps relaxing with a cold glass of wine or barbequing while the kids play in the pool.
In addition, the villa benefits from a roof terrace with stunning 180 degree sea views.

Internet Access - A free ADSL broadband connection is available for guests' use. You must take your own device to connect up: the router can be accessed by wireless, instructions at the villa.

Air-conditioning/warm-air heating - units in all bedrooms and living room. Charged extra based upon meter usage.
Central Heating - Central heating via radiators throughout the villa, essential for warm winter lets, is provided by a gas "combi" boiler. Charged extra based upon meter usage.
Additional deposits - A 25 Pound deposit (per utility, per week) is required, irrespective whether you will be using it or not (except summer for central heating).

*Digital Satellite Television - Currently includes BBC1, 2, ITV, C4, Sky Sports 1,2,3, Sky News, Sky Movies, Music, Discovery and many other channels.
