villa Ladera - is a luxury, high spec villa with fabulous sea views, private pool; within a 5-10 minute drive to Moraira Town & beaches, and set at the end of a private cul-de-sac.

Accommodation - there is off-road gated parking for your car, although you can park on the road as it is a residential area.
This area is on one level, and there is a step upto the entrance doorway, where there is a lovely secluded courtyard.
Upper Level - Large, bright open-plan living & dining room with sofa suite, Satellite Television*, DVD & Hi-Fi. There is a well-equipped modern fitted kitchen.
Leading off these rooms, via patio doors, is the covered Naya balcony terrace which has a large table with 6 chairs, to enjoy your evening meal & drinks whilst admiring the stunning views to the Mediterranean Sea.
A cloakroom completes this floor, and there is a marble staircase leading down to:

Outside terrace area The south-facing pool terrace has an 8 x 4 metre kidney-shaped swimming pool, with Roman steps, and is surrounded by blue tinted glass so you can enjoy uninterrupted views to the sea - there are 6 comfortable sun beds provided.
One aspect of the villa, is that the pool is pretty private, and does not run alongside the lower road below.

Internet Access - A free ADSL broadband connection is available for guests' use. You must take your own device to connect up: instructions at the villa.

Golf - The owners are offering the use of two brand new sets of golf clubs for clients at the villa, which are available upon request before arrival.

*Digital Satellite Television - currently includes BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channels 4 & 5, SKY Movies Premier 1, SKY Sports 1 & 2, SKY 1, Discovery and UK Gold.

Air-conditioning - Wall-mounted air-conditioning units are fitted in the living room and the bedrooms. Charged extra based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay.

Heating - The villa has full under-floor heating and is charged extra - based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay (except July/August).
