This fabulous villa comprises 4 bedroomed main villa with accommodation over 3 floors plus a 2 bedroomed self contained apartment on the lower level where the pool and garden are located, A total of 6 bedrooms and a total of 6 bathrooms, for 12 guests. There is the possibility of accomodation for 2 extra guests in an open plan tower bedroom or on a sofa bed

The villa is extremely spacious with an open plan living, dining and kitchen on the first floor of the main villa. Three sets of double doors lead onto the naya (terrace) with stunning views to the Sierra Bernia mountain range.

There are 2 bedrooms on this level, the master bedroom with ensuite (shower and bath) and walk in wardrobe and the second bedroom which has twin beds and a separate shower room. Both rooms have double doors to the naya.

Stairs up from the entrance hall lead to an open plan tower room with a double bed (extra accomodation which may suit teenagers for example). There is a door from this room to the roof terrace which has views towards Calpe Rock.

On the lower poolside level are 2 further bedrooms both reached via stairs from the living area. One double with ensuite with double doors to the pool side. The second is more of a studio room with sitting area (it is possible to have a z bed in this room), there is an ensuite and double doors to the bar by the pool.

Finally on the pool level is the 2 bedroomed apartment which is self contained. It has a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area and 2 shower rooms (one is ensuite to the master bedroom). The master bedroom has double doors to the poolside, the twin room overlooks the garden.

There is a lovely couryard garden to the rear of the apartment.

There is a lawned garden to the rear of the villa and a terraced garden with fruit trees to the front. The villa is approached either by a pedestrian gate which leads to the first floor of the villa or via the drive gate (there is room for 1 car on the drive), there is then a side gate to enter at the pool level.

In the most exclusive area of San Jaime, less than 10 mins drive to Moraira and 20 mins to Calpe and Javea.

Being a family home outside the summer months it is very well equipped and extremely comfortable.

The accommodation is ideal for a large family, families or friends holidaying together and offers flexible arrangements with all facilities you need to make for an enjoyable holiday. Also ideal for golfers all year round as the Ifach Golf is just a five minute walk away other courses include Javea, La Sella, Oliva Nova, Finestrat (Benidorm) and Alicante (designed by Seve Balesteros) all under an hour away.

This superb, modern, stylishly decorated villa has an open plan lounge /dining room. Very modern kitchen with integrated dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a large fan oven and gas hob, washing machine and dryer.

The villa has one superking bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite, doors open onto the naya. Adjacent is a twin bedroom with double doors onto the naya and a separate bathroom. Downstairs is a huge kingsize bedroom with an extra bed and a shower room, it has doors opening out to the poolside and bar area. The other downstairs bedroom has a double bed it also has an en suite and opens out onto the poolside.Upstairs a spiral staircase leads to an open plan double bedroom with access to the sun terrace. (Please note this room does not have a door onto the staircase so would not be suitable for young children).The spacious apartment has lounge/dining areas and a modern kitchen with integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, fan oven and halogen hob. Washing machine.One king size double bedded room and one twin bedded room. En suite to double bedroom and adjacent shower room to twin room. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. The twin room and lounge overlook the garden, the dining room/kitchen and double bedroom both have doors opening to the poolside. There are 3 separate UK satellite television systems with a range of British channels. DVD players and lots of films available to borrow.

There is a large covered terrace (naya) with panoramic views towards the mountains and over the golf course and has comfy seating, a large dining area and a gas barbeque. From the naya stairs lead down to the pool with a large bar area with an additional dining area and sunbathing area, there is also another poolside are with sunbeds above the landscaped lawned garden. There is also a patio garden, adjoining the apartment with seating area, sunbeds and a charcoal barbeque. In addition there is a roof terrace with panoramic views inland and towards Calpe and the sea which is also perfect for private sunbathing.

“Perfect for extended family”

As a large, extended family (12 of us) we have always found it difficult to find suitable accommodation for a holiday. Vills Mochuelos was perfect for our needs. The accommodation is spacious and all of the bedrooms were large and airy. We were particularly impressed with the furnishing of the house (usually find that holiday lets are utilitarian - not this one). As we visited early in the season (May) we were pleasantly surprised that the weather was warm enough for us to enjoy the outside areas (the kids were even brave enough to go in the pool). The pool area and garden are nicely laid out and big enough for the kids to play and explore. As eating out with such a large group can be difficult (and expensive) we made good use of the large BBQ and also found to kitchen to be well equiped. In summary, this is a perfect villa for a large group - big enough that we didn't feel crowded and with rooms and balcony big enough to accommodate all of us. We are already sorting out our plans to book again for next year!
