Villa Palmeras is set in the tropical neighbourhood of Paitxi- Moraira which is situated a few minutes drive from El Portet and Moraira beaches.

The Villa is built on a wonderful plot enjoying some of the most spectacular views, the area has to offer.

The specification of both the external and internal finishes are immaculate and create a sense of true luxury. The private grounds in which the villa is situated are of an exceptional standard in both thier landscape, design and grooming.

The villa is built on a 900 m2 plot and has a beautiful swimming pool with an outdoor jet powered hot and cold shower. The pool has been positioned perfectly within the grounds of the villa, so that you can enjoy the 270 degree sea view and the hilly countryside famous of this region. With an exceptional outdoor kitchen/ BBQ area with Bar seating.

The sea view is also blessed by the amazing Ifach Rock.

Changeover day: Preferably Saturday but negotiabl The property is to be vacated by 10.00pm on the day of DEPARTURE . The property will be made available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. These times maybe negotiated but must be pre-arranged PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. The pool can be heated but must be arranged prior to you arrival for an extra cost. Please contact us for rates. (only really needed outside the summer months)

Internet Wifi is now available ???? upstairs lounge has a 47 inch flat screen TV. Sun beds round pool area.>DVD player, Ipod docking station and satailite TV. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The Villa can easily be split into two with the upstairs having a Master bedroom with en suite and a twin room with separate shower w/c. The downstairs has a Master bedroom with bathroom en suite, a twin room with shower room en suite . Both the upstairs and downstairs have fully intergrated kitchens, which means the Villa can be enjoyed as one for a large group, or can provide some privacy for separate families. Beach towels are also included for the guests along with extra bath towels, however these are not included in the laundry service so we ask that guest wash these at the villa before departure.

The Villa has a huge upstairs terrace/balcony which is great to watch the sunset and to enjoy al fresco dining. The Villa has a new beautiful outside BBQ area with Bar, which is perfect for enjoying a meal or drinks over looking the Pool, Sea and the Valley below. There are plenty of sun loungers and space around the pool for you to enjoy the spanish sunshine.

“Fabulous villa”

Fabulous holiday in excellent villa with stunning views. We were a party of eight and had more than enough space inside and outside by the pool.A twenty minute walk to Moraira and the beach and cheap taxi back due to the steep hill hence the amazing views. Would recommend highly and would stay again.

We stayed here for one week with our family (2 married children, partners and grandchild). Everything was perfect. The villa is outsanding and can be split into two if wished. There was everything you could need and more, even down to loo rolls and toiletries (although not sure if they are always available)! You need a car but even so its only a few minutes drive to El Portet or Moraira. The pool wes lovely ( we paid extra to have it heated) and our grand daughter aged 3 learned to swim in just one week. The outside bar was a treat particularly in the evenings watching the sun go down and the view over Ifach has to be seen to be believed. Cannot recommend this villa enough, we WILL be going back!
