Stunning executive home located 20 minutes from Colorado Springs and 30 mins from south Denver. Located in a golf course community and offers resort style living with amazing amenities. The property is completely set-aside fulltime for vacation renters and guests; no sharing this gorgeous space with the owner's personal belongings. Its ready for you!

** 2019 Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years ** Requires a 7 night stay. 8th night is free if needed. Must be booked Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. Please inquire to owner for more information prior to booking these timeframes.

Views of Pikes Peak and surrounding vistas and close to many attractions such as the US Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, US Olympic Training Facility and many others.

Attending a wedding in the area; this property is close to several venues, such as Flying Horse Ranch, Hidden Cherry Ranch, Spruce Mountain Ranch and Younger Ranch.

The kitchen is a chef's dream with high end appliances including Thermador double ovens, Subzero fridge, granite counters, custom cabinetry and huge pantry. Main level master suite boasts coffee bar and adjoining master bath with jetted tub.

Entertainers delight with theater room, indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, golf course and over 8 miles of hiking trails right out the front door.

Many custom features throughout the home with custom tile work leading into impressive main level living area showcasing the casted fireplace mantle. Adjacent is the highlighted dining area beneath a tiered octagonal ceiling. The main living area windows overlook the indoor pool and out to the northern buttes beyond creating a one of a kind vista!
