This beautiful and classic apartment offers everything one could hope for in a rental. Elegance, comfort and spaciousness in a neighborhood that is both charming and convenient to everything – including airports.

This spacious and elegant apartment in the 14th district is located in a typically Parisian neighborhood. Located next to Denfert Rochereau, and close to Montparnasse, the area is lively yet not touristy, which makes it a wonderful neighborhood to come home to. The RER B, just steps away, arrives here directly from either airport. Just around the corner is a metro with two lines which can take you directly to almost anywhere in Paris, including Saint Michel, the Eiffel Tower, or the Champs Elysées. Though it’s calmer and less touristy than the center of Paris, there is no shortage of restaurants and sites to discover nearby. One block away is the fantastic pedestrian street, rue Daguerre, a wonderful open market street where you’ll find specialty shops selling wine, cheese, vegetables and fruit, as well as delightful cafés and restaurants where you can sit for hours people-watching as you sip your coffee. There are three cinemas in the neighborhood and numerous clothing and shoe stores. The Fondation Cartier which organizes contemporary art exhibitions and performances is just 5 minutes away by foot, and across the street you may enjoy visiting the Catacombs. From this neighborhood, it’s an easy stroll to Montparnasse and even to Saint Germain if you’re up for a good walk. In the opposite direction, the beautiful Parc Montsouris, just ten minutes away, is perfect for picnics, strolling around the lake, or jogging in its beautiful setting.

This 85 m2 (about 915 ft2) apartment is spacious and comfortable and newly renovated with taste and upscale comfort. With its French windows, its herringbone parquet floors, its glass doors which open into the living room, it feel classy and European.

The living room is furnished with two comfortable grey couches and a coffee table as well as a very large TV for relaxing after a long day out. Just beyond the living room is a comfortable dining area, with a table which seats up to 6 people. The decorative molding on the white walls and African and Asian art provide a cosmopolitan backdrop for this large living and dining room space.

Just off the dining room is a sleek white kitchen, all clean white surfaces and modern equipment including microwave, oven, induction stove top, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo. Everything is brand new!

Down the hallway, the first stop is the guest bathroom, with shower, sink and WC.

A few steps further on is the master bedroom with queen bed. Overlooking the courtyard, it is quiet, insuring you a good nights sleep. A marble fireplace and mirror give the room a typical French look. The second bathroom is en suite and almost identical to the first bathroom, includes a shower, WC and sink.

At the end of the hallway is the second bedroom with two twin beds which can be joined to make a queen. This bedroom also has a fireplace, mirror, and lots of closet space.
