Description

On Route Touristique des vineyards of Touraine, 6 km des Châteaux de Montpoupon and Chenonceau, 12 km from the cellars of stuffed mushroom, 20 km from Amboise (Castle and Clos Luce) and 25 km from Cité Royale de Loches and ZooParc de Beauval, come and stay in this charming barn tastefully renovated, exposed South, with a land clos and 2 terraces (chairs). On the ground floor: fitted kitchen open to living room (sofa bed), laundry (washer/dryer) with wc. On the first floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m), 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 0.80 m), shower room with wc. Electric heating + air conditioning. You can leave your bicycles in the cabin lockable.

Please note that the end of stay cleaning fee are not included in the price. You can choose to pay these costs or clean accommodation yourself.

Also, 12 EUR per person per day extra when booking more than 3 people.

A 490 EUR security deposit you will be asked on arrival to cover any damage. You will be fully refunded the day of departure if no damage was noted in the accommodation during your stay.

We had a great time in this cottage. It's new, clean, well-equipped and very quiet. The owners were very kind and helpful. Didn't use the garden and bbq facilities as it was cold, but in the summer that would definitely be a plus. Good location, near some pretty sights (Montrichard, Amboise, Chenonceau).

Our familly is composed by 2 adults, 2 teanagers and one kid. The house is fully equiped. Hosts are very friendly and caring. They have thought of everything to equip their house. The house is ideally located for visiting the famous "Châteaux de la Loire". We keep the address to complete our discovery of these castles. See you soon...

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Johnny (the owner) a message.

If Johnny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
