Location, location, location!!! ................... The 3 apartments at Clubhouse Gites are perfectly located for your holiday or short break. The self contained apartment (with free wifi internet access) sleeps up to 5 persons (cots and highchairs available if required). Self catering or B+B available. Close to amenities, bars, restaurants and shops. Everything is provided to make your stay as perfect as possible and there are plenty of things to do on-site and in the local area to keep you entertained come rain or shine. We are just 20 minutes from the bustling seaside resort of Le Touquet and a selection of wonderful sandy beaches - only 10 minutes from the fortified town of Montreuil with it's many cafe bars and restaurants and 2 minutes from the famous Beussent chocolate factory!

Nearby you will find adventure and amusement parks for young and old, swimming pools & water parks, 120 km of sandy beaches, cafe bars, bistros and restaurants, 10 excellent golf courses to suit all standards, fishing lakes and rivers, walks & cycle routes, historical sites, horse & pony riding, kayaking & canoeing, windsurfing, sand yachting, Nausicaa sea world centre, the interactive Agincourt Medieval Centre, shopping at Boulogne and Cite Europe next to the Eurotunnel, sound and light shows like Les Miserables at Montreuil, steam train rides, ice skating, 10 pin bowling, laser quests, go-karting, war cemetreies & memorials, fantastic French markets, farmers markets and brocantes (flea markets).

2 bedrooms, Spare beds, cots & highchairs available if required. Bathroom (bath/shower) with separate toilet (toilet paper provided). Cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher (tablets provided), tea towels, kitchen roll, sugar, sweeteners, coffee, tea, salt & pepper, cleaning products, washing up liquid, scourers & cloths all provided. Communal washing machine and tumble dryer. All electric, heating, water, linen, towels and cleaning included with the exception of the months from November to February where a charge of £50 per week or £7.50 per day for short breaks will be charged to cover the extra heating used.

Spacious open plan living area with sofa's, chairs, dining table and chairs, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc all provided. TV with British channels, wifi internet access, DVD, large selection of childrens DVD films to choose from, Radio/CD player. Games room with pool table, bar football, juke box, books and board games (self catering or B+B available for 1 to 15 persons - B+B prices on request).

Quiet and peacefull location with great access to road and rail links and to the many local and diverse attractions this area has to offer - near to the village centre with bar and restaurant and close to shops and a range of supermarkets. Large car park with ample car parking space. South facing garden with a terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, badminton, table tennis, swingball, football goal, swings and slides. We also have some bikes with helmets here for your use to help explore the surrounding area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laurence (the owner) a message.

If Laurence (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
