Very suitable for families with children, lots of toys and board games available as well as ping pong table and swing.
The house is located in a very quiet residencial area, close to the Medieval city center of Montpellier, reachable by tram, only 4 stops away, or by car in 5 minutes.
The house benefit from being very near to the most exclusive tennis club in Montpellier with spa and gym facilities (Club7).
Local shops, including a newsagent, boulangerie, pharmacy, grocery and the best Deli are just 5mins walk down the hill.

Less than an hour and a half from Montpellier, you can feast your eyes on such destinations as Sete, Pezenas, St Guilhem le Desert, St Martin de Londres, the Pont du Gard, Carcassonne walled Medieval City, and the Canal du Midi. And even closer, just on the other side of the Thau Lagoon, you can visit authentic fishing villages, with oyster farmers, and vineyards who welcome visitors year round.
