Description from owner

Description

A one-bedroom romantic apartment in a charming Medieval village in Tuscany. The village is off the beaten track and yet very close to the world known countryside of Tuscany and its most important art cities and wine districts. Pienza and Montepulciano are only 20 minutes away; Cortona, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia are 1 hour away, the wine districts of Montalcino and Chianti are very close. I am a professional tour guide for Siena as well as an official cheese taster and wine expert. Therefore, you will have access to complete information on what to do during your stay and I will be happy to make reservations and recommendations.

The apartment has massive stone walls, thick wooden ceiling beams, terracotta floors: Casa Parva is just the way a home-from-home in Tuscany should be. A house which conserves the traces of its ancient past top perfection, whilst offering all the comforts of a modern home. The apartment is all decorated with antiques while in the kitchen you'll find everything

The apartment has massive stone walls, thick wooden ceiling beams, terracotta floors: Casa Parva is just the way a home-from-home in Tuscany should be. A house which conserves the traces of its ancient past top perfection, whilst offering all the comforts of a modern home. The apartment is all decorated with antiques while in the kitchen you'll find everything you might possibly need to try your Italian recipes and invite your friends to dinner (the kitchen table is large enough for six people). If you'd rather somebody else did the cooking while you concentrate on the eating, you can always request the services of a personal chef instead.

The living room is ideal to relax with your own music on the music system, watch a dvd, read, drink a great glass of wine and relive your days adventures.

The bathroom is luxurious and the supremely comfortable cast iron tub is indulgent. The charming washbasin is made of Carrara marble in one slab while the large shower is all made with local travertine. There is a small laundry adjoining with washer, dryer and ironing equipment.

The house is on three levels: entrance on the ground floor; bathroom on the first floor and the rest of the house on the second floor.
