Description

L'Atelier is an independent building with its own entrance and terracer.

L'Atelier has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double and a single bed, and an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms will also accommodate cots.

L'Atelier has a dining room with a fully equipped, very large open plan kitchen/lounge at approx 40m2. It has a large sofa, comfoy chairs and a wood burning stove.

Outside there is a private terrace of approx. 30 sq meters, from where you can hear the fountain. It has a picnic table and BBQ.

There is also another private outside space - a small walled garden with picnic table under beech trees.

What makes Can Llouquette extra special is that it is set in it's own valley. You can walk to our village along an isolated road with spectacular views. You can laze by the pool with a book. Gaze at the forest, or take a stroll around our fields. Enjoy evening meals al fresco to the sound of owls and the river. Or have fun with the kids exploring the forest and our river. And have picnics or lie in hammocks by the riverbank.

We have four holiday cottages (gîtes) which are all very private, separate from one another, totally self-contained and with their own outside spaces/terraces. L'Atelier is one of the four.

How do damage deposits work?
