Le Moulin de Tartay est une Maison de Vacances de 1874.

Le gîte proposé est pour 4 personnes (possibilité d'une personne supplémentaire avec un lit d'appoint pour un enfant ou pour un bébé) d’environ 115 M2 indépendante et mitoyenne avec celle du propriétaire.

Elle se compose d'une cuisine ouverte tout équipée.

La salle à manger se présente devant le Moulin avec sa cuisine ouverte, avec une grande table pour déjeuner et une bibliothèque à disposition avec des informations sur la vie locale et régionale.

Le Salon se compose d'un canapé convertible pour deux personnes, avec une cheminée à bois,

un petit local à buanderie avec un sèche linge à disposition.

Coté nuit, deux chambres :

une grande chambre avec un grand lit pour deux personnes, une grande armoire, télévision,

la deuxième chambre avec deux lits séparés et une grande armoire.

La salle de bain se compose d’une vasque et d’une douche à l’italienne, toilette séparé.

Le logement est climatisé.

A l’extérieur, une terrasse privative et une cuisine d'été avec table en bois, d'un barbecue, d'un four à pizza, d'une plancha à gaz et un salon de jardin est également à disposition.

Le jardin se compose d’une piscine chauffée par 3 par 1 mètre 50 (ouverte d'avril à octobre) protégée par une clôture en fer forgé et d’un rideau de protection aux normes C.E. (une décharge sera demandée à chaque client et pour chaque séjour) ouverte de 8 heures à 20 heures pour des raison de sécurité, une balançoire sous forme de portique sous la responsabilité des parents (ouvert d'avril à octobre), d'un trampoline limité à une personne et de moins de 90 KG (ouvert d'avril à octobre), d’une nacelle de jardin limité à 90 KG avec ses coussins.

Le jardin et la piscine est à partager avec les locataires du domaine du Moulin de Tartay.

Un terrain de pétanque, de beach-volley, table de ping-pong et d’un panier à basket est à votre disposition.

2 appartements est une partie du Moulin, proposé pour 2 ou 4 personnes d’environ 60 m2 en cour de rénovation.

Après deux escaliers dans le corps de ferme du Moulin de Tartay (28 marches avec palier),

il possède une chambre avec un grand lit pour deux personnes, une grande armoire,

la deuxième chambre se compose de deux lits simple et une grande armoire,

une salle de bain avec une douche à l'italienne et un toilette séparé.

Le logement comprend une cuisine ouverte équipée, une pièce à vivre donnant sur la cuisine et une télévision à écran plat.

WiFi est gratuit dans le logement.​

Un abri de voiture pour une à deux voitures.

SPA privatif sur réservation et en supplément, cession de 2 heures maximum.

Le terrain de 15000 M2 est clos et sécurisé.

L’établissement est sous surveillance par des caméras d'extérieures et d’une alarme d'intérieure.

Les logements sont non fumeur.

Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

Un chien est sur place ainsi que des poules, coqs et oies.

Pas de nuisances sonores après 22 heures.

    How do damage deposits work?
