Cottage in a Mas with character located 1km from Monteux, 4km from Carpentras, 18km from Orange city with its theatrical arenas and near Vaison-la-Romaine at the foot of Mont Ventoux. 20km from Avignon, city of the Popes with magnificent views of the Rhone, 30km from Cavaillon, melon town (known for its summer corso), Monteux is on the wine route (Valréas, Gigondas, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Cairanne ...). Cottage 70m ² with living room and living room + 2 bedrooms each containing a bathroom and a toilet. One bedroom has a 160cm bed and the second bedroom contains two 90cm beds. To know: capacity to accommodate 5 people thanks to the extra bed The cottage is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an aspirant host, a TV and a DVD player, a vacuum cleaner, an internet plug, linen is provided. A swimming pool of 12m X 6m fenced and surrounded by olive trees for more privacy. You also have a terrace with pergola equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. You can benefit from a garden of 13000m ² sported. BBQ facilities are available. Come savor the perfumes of the markets of our Provence. How do damage deposits work?
