Spacious apartment on the first floor (140 square meters), bright, with beautiful views, renovated and furnished in Tuscan style, situated in a small medieval village in the heart of Chianti (location Poppiano, Montespertoli, about 22 km from Florence).

Through a spacious entrance leads, on the one hand, a large kitchen and dining room, equipped with oven and dishwasher and has a beautiful wood-burning fireplace (usable). On the opposite side, through a hallway with wall cupboards, it leads to the two bedrooms (double and twin) and a large bathroom with shower. The apartment has an additional bathroom with washing machine.

Upstairs there is a large attic room with ancient beams used as a living room, equipped with three sofas (2 sofa - bed) over satellite TV, radio, WiFi, etc. perfect for enjoying a relaxing time!

Guests can enjoy the private garden of 300m² to 200 m from the apartment, enclosed and equipped, located in an olive grove with a beautiful view over the Castle of Poppiano. Parking inside the front entrance of the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Simone (the owner) a message.

If Simone (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
