From the owner

Casa Renzo in Montegiorgio, is a beautifully renovated, old brick farmhouse with wooden beams throughout. The property sits in a rolling green landscape and is located on a tarmac road with no through traffic and boasts stunning, panoramic views with the magnificent, historic town of Montegiorgio to the south and spectacular sunsets over the Sibillini Mountains to the west. It would be difficult to find a more tranquil location and still be within walking distance of a charming old town.

From the poolside of the 8x4 metre private pool, you can see many of the medieval hilltop towns, olive groves and vineyards. The house offers clean and comfortable living accommodation for 8 guests, further guests may be accommodated in temporary bedding by prior arrangement.

The local town offers enough shops to provide for your everyday needs and a busy local market on Fridays gives you a taste of traditional Italian living. The house is located approximately 25 minutes drive from the beach at Porto San Giorgio, or a 45 minute drive from the Sibillinni Mountain range.

Why can't I call Sally (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sally (the owner) a message.

If Sally (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
