Two-level penthouse with stunning 180-degree views of the beach, in brand new eight-storey building completed in 2007.

Seafront unit separated from the beach only by an ample beachfront promenade. This quiet unit, high above the hustle and bustle of the streets below, has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower level. The upper level features a second bathroom and an ample Great Room, with kitchen, dining and lounge areas, that opens to two large terraces via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

From the bedroom balconies and the rear rooftop terrace your eyes will spread over the whitewashed roof terraces and terracotta roofs of Monte Gordo, typical of southern Portuguese architecture, towards the low lying hills of Serra do Caldeirão, the natural reserve tidal marshlands, all the way to Ayamonte (Spain) on the other side of the Guadiana river.

From the penthouse Great Room, you will be mesmerised by the view of the pristine blue waters of the ocean.

Please note that the WIFI is owned by the management company that look after the block. It is not specific to the apartment. All apartments within the building have access to use it, however should there be any issues with it this is something out of our control. We of course will do our best to liaise with the management company to resolve any issues.

“Fantastic view and centrally located”

The apartment has four verandas, the bathrooms could be more modern, the cleaning of the terraces was bad, very nice and huge beach easily accessible and close to all restaurants. Wi-Fi could be better (1 Mb/s) measured. In overall, a nice apartment with plenty of terrace areas.

This is a well presented apartment in a good location. The balcony is a sun trap and very private. The settee is comfortable, and my husband liked the armchairs. The downside is the lighting; not enough especially in the kitchen/dining area, bearing in mind it was December and dark by 6 o' clock. We brought a bedside lamp upstairs to illuminate the table area. Other than that we enjoyed our long stay here and would happily return. Make sure you visit the Al Fama cafe at the bottom of the block for a delicious snack / drink, with good service.

This has to be the nicest place we have stayed in the Algarve, on all counts from dealing with the agent to spending 2 lovely weeks here, the apartment has every thing you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday, the location is really good for both bars restaurants, also the beach is on your doorstep, on the rear balcony is a large brick built in BBQ, which for us was essential as we had more BBQ's than meals out, we are hoping to go again next year for the 3rd time
