The Phoenix Chalet designed for 12 people, can accommodate up to 14 people, plus a baby (cot provided). Located 250 meters from the slopes and 300m from the new cable car of La Plagne Montalbert. The departure of the ESF is very easily accessible from the chalet at the end of the street ... possibility of filing skis in the evening at Sport Enthusiast rental shop on the slopes to avoid wear on the 250m ... Phoenix Chelet rising from the ashes in 2015 after a fire. It has retained its charm while expanding to improve current standards of comfort (PMR, insulation etc.). The Phoenix cottage is on the edge of the village of Montalbert, 150 bakery and 200m from the village center. The supermarket, opposite the village is 400m. All the shops and slopes are accessed easily by plowed streets and without gradients. (Or return to skiing impossible, except excluding technical tracks) On the ground floor, large entrance hall with a bathroom and toilet available PMR. The kitchen with very functional equipment (induction hob, extractor, dishwasher 14 place, oven and microwave oven, food processor, device pierrade, fondue and raclette). Dining room with two tables to accommodate up to 14 guests. The fireplace is completely secure, stone built, and the living room around the fireplace can comfortably accommodate a dozen guests and more with stools ... The lounge opens onto a sunny balcony in the afternoon with a panoramic view of the valley Beaufortain and mountains opposite. The sofa is convertible to meet the demand of disabled access, but access has charge of the municipality is not realized, the access slope is quite steep 5 meters. The basement has retained its sauna (single piece of original unchanged before the fire) the bathroom was redone with a shower and a toilet. There is a rest room after the sauna with a bench consisting of 2 single beds and a sofa bed for a double bed (140). A local ski and a technical room were added (washing machine and dryer) On the first floor, three rooms (160 bed), bathroom (bath) independent but only for Room 1, a toilet and a bathroom private water in the other two rooms (toilet + washbasin + shower and washbasin and shower) an attic level with 6 beds including a pull-out in 90 (2 are twinned for a bed in 180cm) and bathroom with toilet. The chalet sleeps 16 total, but we only accept 14 people for comfort reasons (both cumulus 500l produce only hot water). Cot available on site. Bed linen is provided, towels can be but on reservation and surcharge. On Plagne, the city tax is 2.48 € / night per adult (free for children under 18) for the chalet classified 4 stars.

How do damage deposits work?
