very spacious and comfortable apartment with air-conditioned, equipped with a living kitchen, three bedrooms (two doubles and one with 2 single beds), double balcony with views, Full bathroom with shower. It is located in an area well served, the first beach (public or equipped) is 300 meters from the apartment or about a 10 minute walk, 700 meters from the central Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and the old town home to the nightlife and summer events. Enjoy your trip! The price includes linens and bath towels for the entire stay. The kitchen has new appliances, dishes and everything you need to be able to use comfortably. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, both with air conditioning. Guests have at their disposal a space of 110 square meters and two large balconies with panoramic views. Enjoy the fresh breeze sitting comfortably enjoying the view enjoyed from the building's third floor. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with elevator. The house is very big and bright, this allows you to live comfortably the living room, the bedrooms are located so as to guarantee the right privacy. A FEW METERS FROM 'APARTMENT' LOCATED THE STOP OF BUS DIRECT TO THE BEACHES 'BELLE OF MONOPOLY AND CAPITOLO.Per the entire period estivoI bus make numerous races throughout the day until 23.00. Near the apartment are many unguarded parking. Upon request we offer our guests a place guarded car by paying an extra charge payable on arrival. We offer a FREE shuttle service from the station to the apartment Monopoli. We welcome along with their furry friends also hosts small. We offer maximum availability to our guests before and during your stay to make you feel at home. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, within walking distance there is a supermarket, a bar and shops. The station is about 8 minutes walk. The nearest beach can be reached by walking for 10 minutes. The historic center and the city center are located only 700 mt. Near the apartment they are available on the street unattended parking for cars. personally welcome guests and we will be at their disposal for the entire stay in case of need. We offer a FREE shuttle service from the station to the apartment Monopoli. We welcome along with their furry friends also hosts small. Walking around a few km away from Monopoli, please visit: 5km Polignano a Mare, a splendid town overlooking the sea which gave birth to the famous singer Domenico Modugno 13km Castellana Grotte, here you can visit the largest caves in the south Italy, as well as an adventure park and a dinosaur park 15km Fasano, with its ZOO SAFARI, the biggest in Italy with free animals and amusement park 22km Alberobello, the city of Trulli, heritage and the Valle d'Itria (Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Ceglie Messapica and Cisternino) 40km Ostuni, the white city 80 km Matera with its Sassi, UNESCO heritage and European capital of culture 110km Lecce and its Baroque

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Giada (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
