Casa Cueva Muntasal in Monachil is located in the picturesque and traditional Andalusian town of Monachil, at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountain range. Monachil is 18 Km from the Sierra Nevada Sky Resort, 8 Km from the city of Granada (Humanity's Heritage by UNESCO, home to the majestic The Alhambra) and 30 Km from the Mediterranean Sea.

The property has a fully equipped cave, beautiful views overlooking the town and a quiet atmosphere. Staying in one is an unforgettable experience evoking Earth's peaceful embrace.

Monachil has a rich cultural life and offers a variety of outdoor activities such as paragliding, mountain biking, trekking and rock climbing. There are also many bars and restaurants with great tapas and a fun atmosphere.

Smoking only allowed outside the house, in the terrace ispossible. There is not parking next to the house, you need to park 100 meters away from the house.There are more guests staying near and myself so I don´t recommend parties.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Katherine (the owner) a message.

If Katherine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
