Nice apartment with stunning panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Located in the Cumbres II urbanization, in the promenade area and very close to the best beach in Mojácar. Large and very bright, with sea views from all rooms. In the living room there is an additional folding bed. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils and bed and bath linen. Air conditioning, fans and heating. Wifi and satellite dish with international channels. Large 30 m terrace with wonderful views of the sea and the mountains, equipped with 3 awnings and outdoor furniture. Community pool also overlooking the sea. Very quiet urbanization ideal to enjoy a holiday in the middle of nature, but at the same time close to commercial, leisure and golf courses, where you can rest and have fun in a privileged environment.

El horno funciona perfectamente, aunque a veces no se encienda la luz del piloto de encendido-apagado. El apartamento se limpia profundamente en su totalidad por un profesional cada vez que se marcha un huésped, y siempre está en perfectas condiciones de limpieza cuando llegan otras personas, aunque todo puede ser objeto de opinión. En esencia, la casa es acogedora y agradable, cercana a una estupenda playa y con unas maravillosas vistas.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Josefa (the owner) a message.

If Josefa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
