This apartment is situated on a small exclusive development of only 22 privately-owned properties just 500 metres from beautiful mojcar playa sandy beaches, providing easy walking access to the beach in 5 minutes but also a rtranquil etreat away from the playa.
The property offers spacious accommodation, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 so is perfect for both couples and family holidays. WiFi is available. The property is fully furnished to a very high standard, with high quality furnishings that provide a holiday home furnished that provides all the comforts of home.

The spacious lounge contains two modern leather sofas, a four seater and a three seater, side tables and lamps, console table, dining table and chairs. The lounge contains a TV and DVD player to keep the kids entertained. So as well as enjoying the many restaurants and tapas bars within walking distance you can enjoy relaxed evenings in should the sun get too much for you !

Patio doors lead to a huge private front terrace which offers breataking sea views to the right and beautiful mountain views to the left. The terrace is furnished with dining furniture for dining al fresco.

The large kitchen with a window leads off the hall and is fully fitted with a good range of base and wall units. It is equipped with cooker with extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. A cool box is also available for guests who may wish to take a picnic to the beach!

The main bedroom contains a double bed, and has private access to the large terrace via patio doors and offers stunning views of the pool, sea and mountains. Leading off of the bedroom is an en suite shower room with a beautiful Porcelanosa suite containing a fully enclosed shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin with mirror over. This room contains stylish bedroom furniture, lamps and a fully fitted double wardrobe with drawers. A high powered strong UK hairdryer is also supplied.

Both additional bedrooms are decorated with simple clean lines, Bedroom two contains twin beds . Large fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lamp.

The main bathroom with a Porcelanosa suite provides a bath, with shower over, basin, with mirror over, toilet and bidet. Both the bathroom and en suite shower room are fully tiled and have sockets for shaing and hairdryer/styling/straigheners.

The apartment is fully airconditioned and heated.

The apartment is located on the first floor however there is a lift within the complex that allows disabled access to the apartment and to the swimming pool.

The development is complimented by two swimming pools, one of which is just in front of the apartment and loungers are provided around the pools.

A vast array of beachbars and restaurants (including Spanish, Belgian, Italian, Thai, Chinese, Mexican and Argentinian) are within a short walking distance - no need to take the car!. Recommendations of the best local restaurants and bars can be found within the apartment.

There are two major supermarkets within walking distance so you dont need to pay tourist prices and also the Centre Commercial which hosts a wide range of coffee bars, boutique and designer shops,cocktail bars and a Fitness Centre.

A short bus/car/taxi journey will take you into Mojacar Pueblo where you can wander the higgledy-piggledy streets to discover the strange mix of quaint little tapas bars, houses, restaurants and art galleries!

There is an amazing local bus that operates in the locality that allows you to travel to Mojacar Pueblo, Garrucha and beyond for less than two euros.

Also a short drive will take you to the fabulous Valle del Este, Marina de la Torre and Desert Springs Golf Courses and to many other beautiful sandy white beaches that the area has to offer.

“Lovely modern apartment in a good location although the beach is not that great”

Pros: Well equipped, clean and modern apartment. Efficient air conditioning was a blessing. Decent wifi. Pool was rarely busy during the day. Reserved underground parking space was a bonus. Walking distance to restaurants. Cons: Wish the balcony received more sun as it was in the shade pretty much all day. Groups of teenagers holidaying in other apartments in the complex got a bit rowdy at times.
