This front line Townhouse with sea views benefits from a beautiful large swimming pool. Master double bedroom with direct access to a spectacular roof terrace with panomaric sea views . Second and third bedrooms with twin single beds in each. Ground and 1st floor bathrooms. Large lounge with dining area furnished with a comfortable sofa and easy chair. 32 inch flatscreen TV and DVD with English and Spanish stations. Patio doors lead to the front terrace which has a beautiful granite dining set with a retractable sun canopy to provide shade when needed.Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave washing machine and dishwasher. The Townhouse is less than 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, local cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarket and the shops o­n Mojacar Playa. With an elevated position you will have uninterrupted sea views, yet it is lovely and quiet. Ideal for families. NOW WITH FREE WI-FI.

For my guests. There is a professional management company on Mojacar Playa that looks after all of my guests needs. The company is called RENTMOJACAR and is staffed by Vickie and Debbie two fully bi-lingual ladies who will organise the distribution of keys, taking to the property and dealing with any issue that may arise during the course of your stay. Welcome packs can be organised as can baby seats etc. With many years experience in the area i believe Vickie and Debbie to be the best people in Mojacar to welcome you to my home.

Hi Mark, Thank you for your positive review. I will check with my management company on the issues you raised but the property should have been stocked with these items on your arrival. There is usually a supply of dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid under the sink in the the kitchen and toilet rolls are supposed to be replenished after each guest leaves. Dish cloths are also provided so i will check and see what happened on this occasion. Again i am delighted you enjoyed your stay and i would love to welcome you again in the future. Best Wishes. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Noel (the owner) a message.

If Noel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
