Situated just a few minutes from the beach, bars, restaurants and shops ‘Casa Alta’ is in a secluded and private location. Behind high walls, the pool, garden areas and various terraces offer total privacy with both sun and shaded seating and dining areas. The spacious villa has a large lounge, dining room and kitchen with 4 double bedrooms – all with air con and ceiling fans-3 en-suite and with additional bathroom and cloakroom. The pool area is totally private and is provided with sun beds. The villa offers superb panoramic sea and mountain views.Mojacar Playa offers 7 km of sandy beach with, from one end ‘Tower Bay’ with its coves and clear water, to Garrucha a fishing village with harbour and marina at the other. In-between there’s a wide range of facilities including beach bars, restaurants and water sports.Whether it’s sailing, fishing, bowling, tennis, golf (four local courses), walking in the beautiful mountains or watersports that take your fancy or simply relaxing on an uncrowded beach soaking up the sun, you will find it all and more. The hill-top Mojacar Pueblo with its Moorish appearance and commanding views will fascinate, beguile and completely captivate you and is just a ten minute drive away.

Bookings are accepted by phone or email and confirmed with a 20% deposit and £200 bond. Balance due six weeks prior to departure.Preferred changeover day is Saturday; departure at 11.00 am and arrival at 4.00. Every effort will be made to accommodate special times – but these fit in well with most flight times. English speaking local manager available at any time. Welcome pack provided.The cleaning service is weekly and includes all bedding and towels. Beach towels are provided.

Bedrooms: Four bedrooms, three with king size beds and one with two singles. All bedrooms are equipped with air con, ceiling fans and plenty of wardrobe space. Three exit directly to garden terraces with tables, chairs and loungers. Bathrooms: Bed1 has en-suite with bath and over shower; beds 2 and 3 en-suite with shower; bed 4 has use of adjacent cloakroom and separate bathroom with shower. All bathrooms are modern and well furnished with plenty of cupboard space. Kitchen:The kitchen offers dishwasher, fridges, 2 ovens, hob and microwave. A wide selection of cooking utensils, crockery and equipment is included in the well-equipped kitchen. Utility room: The separate laundry room has a washing machine and ironing facilities. Living roomsThe spacious lounge offers 46 inch satellite TV, video & hi-fi and the large dining room is air conditioned.The pool area and terraces have plenty of chairs, tables and sun beds and guests can make use of any pool toys and inflatables from the garage.

Extensive terraces offer stunning panoramic sea views. There are plenty of private garden areas along with shaded dining and sun canopies. Equipped with both gas and charcoal BBQs.There are a few steps up to the main front gates but the remainder of the villa is on one level. The pool has both tiled steps at the shallow end and metal steps and rail at the deep end. All outdoor seating is provided.

Like you we do enjoy walking to the beach but always recommend car hire to do the shopping and to take advantage of the beautiful area. Yes, it is always safer to watch young children when swimming in the pool as only one end of it is shallow with steps. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hilke (the owner) a message.

If Hilke (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
