Spacious five-bedroom Villa Mlini features a private pool and is located in the quaint coastal village of Mlini, only 9 km (6 miles) from the Old town of Dubrovnik.

This modern family villa can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in five spacious bedrooms. The ground floor has a comfortable living room with an access to the terrace and a swimming pool. There are two ground floor bedrooms, a family bathroom and an en suite. Both bedrooms feature a king size bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. Patio doors from the living room lead both to the pool terrace and the balcony where you can take in the coastal views.

The first floor has two modern and spacious en suite king size bedrooms, one en suite bedroom with double beds and a separate toilet. On this floor there is also an open plan area (kitchen and living room) with a large terrace and a spectacular sea view.

Enjoy dining al fresco under the covered pergola where you will find a large dining table and a barbecue. Take a dip in the private swimming pool, relax on one of the sun loungers or make yourself comfortable on the sofas under the covered terrace with a good book and a glass of wine.

The beach is only about 100 m (330 ft) from the villa and is reached by a charming wander down path through the pine trees.

On the arrival, all the guests are required to hand in their personal documents to the villa manager in order to be registered to the authorities. During the stay, villa manager Irena will provide all the necessary information and help. A breakage deposit of 400€ in cash has to be paid on arrival,this will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
