Welcome to our apartment Harmony****! It is situated on the ground-floor of our family house surrounded by terraces with sea-view and green garden.In front of the apartment we built a lovely garden pavilion which is situated just near the pool. The pavilion is at disposal only to the guests of this unit. It is very pleasant to sit under it and enjoy the view of the garden, pool and sea. Moreover, guests of both our apartments enjoy our spacious south sunny terrace which is equipped with deck chairs, parasols and solar shower. We can say that extra value of this apartment is plenty od high quality outer space.

Our apartment Harmony has 52 sq.m of space. It is consisted of living room/bedroom (20sq.m), kitchen with dinning area (17 sq.m), separate bedroom (10 sq.m), and bathroom (5 sq.m).Iin front of the house there is a safe parking.

**This apartment can be easily combined with our studio Green corner, providung accomodation for 6-7 people.

Our family house is situated in Mlini, a charming village in the vicinity of Dubrovnik which is only 8 km away. Beaches are 250 meters from us - it is really nice walk through cultivated park. There are two types of them - sandy and pebble beaches , both kinds are beautiful. In vicinity of us there are few cosy family restaurants, supermarket, bakery, general store, post office, bank and pharmacy.Regular bus lines (every hour) go to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. There is also regular boat-line connecting Mlini not only with Dubrovnik but also with other interesting places like Elafiti archipelago in the vicinity of Dubrovnik.

Due to the vicinity of many attractive places, our guests can organize their own unique vacation. Host of the house speaks english, german, french and italian and will help you in every way.

How do damage deposits work?

If Katarina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
