Villa Kamenica is located in a small seaside village Mirca on the island of Brac. The villa is coated with white Brac stone and surrounded by green pine forest, through which you can see and hear the sea. To the main beach in Mirca is only 2 minutes by walk!

Villa Kamenica features 7 double bedrooms and with an extra sofa bed for 2, it can sleep up to 16 persons. It is perfect for large families or groups of friends or 3 families travelling together!

The ground floor of the villa consists of the main kitchen and dining room, large 45 m2 living room with TV set and reading area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and extra toilet. On the 1st floor are two additional living areas with fully equipped kitchens, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. 7th bedroom with bathroom is in the attic. Outside space consists of a covered terrace with dining table and BBQ, 24m2 swimming pool and small sundeck with sea view.

The garden surrounds the terrace and swimming pool with mediterranean plats and fruit trees and a small vegetables garden where guests can pick themselves some fresh tomatoes or other seasonal vegis.
On the street side of the house is large parking place for 5 cars.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sanda (the owner) a message.

If Sanda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
