Perth Holiday Stays are pleased to be able to offer you Mindarie Villa. This lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located in the beachside suburb of Mindarie.

This property is a great place for your base while holiday in Perth Western Australia..

The villa was walking distance to Mindarie keys with several good restaurants. It also is walking distance to a vast number of shops and supermarkets. The villa is well presented and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay at this villa in the future
The property manager was very helpful and friendly. She made us feel very welcome. Lovely welcome pack left for us, was greatly appreciated.
