Welcome to Villa Hrid which is located in Mimice village, 10 km far from small Mediterranean town Omiš, 17 km far from the highway (exit Šestanovac), 1 km far from local restaurants and shops, just 30 m above sea level with your private pebble beach and spectacular panoramic sea and island views. Property location offers you absolute privacy, luxuriously built villa, and very well equipped with all you need for your perfect Croatian holidays in Villa Hrid.

Villa offers you 5 bedrooms, 2 outdoor dining areas with barbecue, kitchen and living room, fully covered with free WiFi, pool with sun deck area, private beach, and panoramic and breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea, mountains, and island Brač from almost every corner.

* Pool level, middle-level offers heated, infinity 4m x 8m swimming pool with hydro massage, a Whirlpool next to the pool, 8 sundeck chairs, 2 parasols, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area with barbecue.

NOTE: The pool is closed from 1st November until 30th March!

* Interior (pool level) offers a spacious and stylish living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need. The fully airconditioned and comfortable living room offers a flat-screen TV, comfy sofas, amazing and panoramic views of the sea, and islands, and a pool area with a direct exit to the outdoor dining area and the pool area. There is Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and sew views. Bedroom No2 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and views of the garden and sea. There is also a separate toilet.

* Outdoor stairs from the pool area take you to a huge, closed dining area with a summer kitchen and Pool table (Billiard), table tennis, TV, and a sofa, a fun zone for everyone. A separate toilet with a washing machine is next to it.

* The top floor (connected with an outdoor staircase) offers two air-conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom No.3 with double bed 160 x 200 cm and en-suite bathroom with shower; Bedroom No.4 with double bed 180 x 200 cm and in-room bathtub with sea views. There is a terrace with rattan furniture with sea views.

* The lower level offers 1 bedroom approachable with an outdoor staircase; air-conditioned Bedroom No.5 with king-size bed 180 x 200 cm, TV, en-suite with shower, exit to the terrace with amazing sea views.

There are 6 parking spaces (3 fenced and 3 on the private property).
