Located close to the hub, local bars, restaurants, Sainsbury and shopping centre. 15 mins walk from train station.

Complimentary WiFi, toiletries, tea/coffee, free parking, crib. Extra mattress available on request for £20 per night.

Fully functional kitchen including a washing machine. Living area has a large TV with Amazon Fire Stick, Play Station and a selection of games, Google voice assistant for music, voice operated smart LED lights.

The bathroom has a vanity mirror and hair dryer.

The space

This first floor apartment has 1 large double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate a total of 4 people.

The balcony is a good size and has a table and 2 chairs.

The common area has a beautiful rooftop water garden accessible to guests.

The apartment is suited for working professionals and corporate guests and contains a dedicated working desk.

Interaction with guests

You will be handed the keys and fob personally on arrival and we will be in touch via mobile phone in case you have any requests or require any service.

Other things to note

All linen and towels will be provided for your stay.

For long lets, a weekly cleaning service is provided.

Dazzon Limited reserves the right to ask for a security deposit at any given time, this can be up to £250.

A complimentary designated parking space is provided free of charge.

Loud music and noisy parties are not permitted. Any loud music must be turned down after 11pm.

No parties allowed. No loud music after 11pm and a security deposit of upto £250 may be applicable and will be refunded within 48 hours of checkout.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
